Hi Yufec11,
Uluru is quite far from Brisbane, its about a 3 hour flight (and several days on a bus) from Brisbane. Flights depart on Monday, Wednesday & Fridays from Brisbane to Uluru with the airline Jetstar.

I don’t think they stop at the water holes, well our tour didn’t. But our guide wasn’t very good, so maybe it was just us?
