I was all set to go on the Yellow Water Fishing Cruise to catch my first Barra but the other half wanted to do the sunrise cruise. The fishing boat was out there near us all morning but unfortunately no catch. I note many comments from others who have been but also caught nothing. It is no good bagging the... More

We did the 6:45am cruise, and was out there for 3 hours in a group of 4, we caught 8 Barramundi of which and 3 other fish and we saw the wetlands wakeup for the day. Plenty of wildlife to see including crocs, numerous species of bird flying in flock, wild brumby, sea eagles, barramundi and other fish, and all... More

Thanks, Rob, for being a great guide. The wildlife was amazing, the fishing superb. The aluminium boat is quite large, 2 x 40hp outboards, rails all round, and a large casting deck, Rob caters for novices and experienced fishermen alike. Highly reccommended.

My 10 year old stepson and I went on a sunrise fishing trip with our guide (Rob Johnson) and two others (Frank and Julie). We fished for three hours and had an awesome time. Rob was great and provided as much or as little advice as we needed. The scenery was amazing, plenty of wildlife and we all caught fish,... More

Thanks Rob for showing how to fish and all the sites on the water. One of the highlights of our holiday. My 9 year old daughter caught us a Barra, Rob gutted it it for us and we had it cooked up for dinner. Great trip.

I think ratings are biased based on fish caught. 4 people pulled in 2 little barramundi that got thrown back. Guide gave too much repeat advice to the women on casting even though were casting as well or better than men. Is distracting when guide takes your poke and casts it himself😒repeatedly.

Pulled out in the boat just after sunrise. As we were the first boat out this morning we saw a lot of birdlife and some water buffalo and brumbys. We only had 3 people fishing so there was a lot of opportunities to fish from different sides of the boat. We had s couple of bites and Adam our guide... More

I had such an excellent time on this 3 hour fishing tour. We left at 3pm and the tour was fully booked (4 people max for each tour) we went through the beautiful mangroves and the scenery was so lovely, don’t forget you camera. It was still very hot and they supplied cold water for us all. The guide Adam... More

Our Guide Rob was excellent, very patient and knew the fishing spots very well. He put us on to many fish and was superbly patient with our children's first fishing adventure. Highly recommend for family tour. We also had one keeper and Rob gutted and cleaned it and suggested we take it back to resort kitchen for cooking. It was... More

This fishing trip has it all. Great big fishing boat, we only had 2 people fishing (max 4 I believe) and there is plenty of room to cast without getting in the way of anyone else. Although we only caught 2 small Barra, while the fish were not biting, the views were AMAZING. The cruise boats (I saw 3 of... More
