Visited looking for info on attractions, etc around Portland. No shortage of helpful staff and also easy to browse the guides yourself. Small refreshment facility very convenient.

Informative and helpful staff. Free WiFi which helped us secure accommodation. Great coffee. Planned our route towards Melbourne and got advice on the stops along the way. Thanks.
