This place has turned into paradise over the years since I was last here. The flora is well marked and the trails have been developed more to link up with the trail to the art quarry and Whau valley. Great place for a trail run...More

Friends told us how good this place was and when we arrived on a Tuesday we found it was closed. Oh well, perhaps another time.

Really nice garden. You can take a bunch of short walks there and see all kinds of plants and sometimes animals as well. There is also a cafe near the entrance if you're hungry/thirsty afterwards. Entry is by donation.
