The Flying Corkscrew specialise in small group, private wine tours. We do it differently and we are not like everyone else. We are better. There is no uncomfortable mini tour bus and there is no rush. Just you, your loved ones and friends hanging out with a local who knows where all the best wineries in Margaret River are. The hidden gems that are off the beaten track. So bespoke, so boutique that you likely wouldn’t find them on your own.
We also offer world class lunches to accompany our wine tours produced by the very best chefs in the region whilst also teaming up with a local helicopter pilot to create a truly memorable experience.

Nathan was a fantastic host. He asked our favourite wines and used his knowledge of the area to plan the perfect itinerary. He made sure we were well looked after at each stop and was a gracious host. The car was comfortable and chic and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely use again next time!

Had the most amazing time on our wine tour, everything was so well organised, with effort made to take us to places we hadn’t been before. The car was perfect and it was all so much fun!

Had a fantastic day with Nathan , we went to some brilliant friendly smaller wineries that Nathan had chosen for us. We thoroughly enjoyed each winery as they were quite different, can not fault any ad they were all so informative and really pleasant. As for the helicopter ride, it was great, such a lot of fun. Would highly recommend, I don’t think you would be disappointed. Loved it 👍

I organised a afternoon with Flying Corkscrew, last minute. Nathan was friendly and accomodating. Before we knew it sun was shining and we were in a luxure van on our way to an amazing winery. Nathan had so much knowledge of the South West and wines which he happily shared.
The wineries Nathan choose was nothing short of amazing.
I recommend everyone who visits the South West of WA to book a tour with Nathan.
Cannot thank you enough Nathan.
We will be back this year and have made it a promise to ourselves to do regularly.

Our recent experience through Margaret River with the Flying Corkscrew was definitely one to remember! Nathan curated a fabulous day of wine tastings at the most stunning locations. To top off the day, our Helicopter ride was nothing short of spectacular.
Nathan has a genuine passion for the area and his interactions with us from the very first request were always met with a genuine manner. We would highly recommend The Flying Corkscrew for a high end experience through the Margaret River region.

This was Nathans first time as a tour leader. We found he set the expectations from pickup. He was personable, explained the vineyards history, was knowledgeable about wines. He had a comfortable Mercedes van so we were able to spread out.

Sully is the most fantastic guide I've ever had - I set him a hard bar as I'd been to the region 3 times before and had a lengthy list of likes and dislikes. He rose to the occasion with absolute aplomb, taking us to so many wineries I'd never heard of, adapting the whole schedule on the fly based on our tastes, and sharing wonderful stories throughout.
He even saved our lunch reservation - I'd booked something and when he called to push it back a bit, he found out I'd booked for the next day accidentally! He quickly used his connections to find us a reservation at one I couldn't even get into when I tried.
This has totally transformed my idea of what a wine tour should be and I can't thank Sully enough for the perfect day he gave us.
He even saved our lunch reservation - I'd booked something and when he called to push it back a bit, he found out I'd booked for the next day accidentally! He quickly used his connections to find us a reservation at one I couldn't even get into when I tried.
This has totally transformed my idea of what a wine tour should be and I can't thank Sully enough for the perfect day he gave us.

It’s not often you can say that “this day is one I will remember for the rest of my life”
That is a direct quote from my mum after a day spent with Sully on The Flying Corkscrew Wine Tour.
Sully is very personable and knowledge on the region and the day is magical - three small wineries, an amazing helicopter flight along the coast of Margaret River and a delicious 7 course degustation at the iconic Leeuwin Estate.
This is a “bucket list” experience. Thank you to Sully for creating something that my Mum will always remember.

Excellent wine tour with Sully! We were 3 couples celebrating 3 milestone birthdays and booked Sully to take us on a winery tour followed by a long winery lunch! Sully picked us up at 10am and we then visited 3 different wineries in the region that were lesser known but excellent! Having organic and biodynamic wine was fantastic and given that we have a house in the area it was great to discover some new places! Sully's knowledge of the area is second to none and we had personalised attention wherever we went. We then had a delicious lunch at Amelia Park winery before Sully collected us and returned us home in good order. We can highly recommend Sully if you are looking for a day out in the Margaret River region.
