Hank was kind enough to do a tour for me even though I was travelling solo and he didn’t have anyone else booked that day.

It was a wonderful day. Hank is very personable and extremely knowledgeable about the area, on everything from how the town came to be named to where and when different species of wildflowers grow.

We visited a lot of different places from the river to surf breaks, Kari forest and part of the cape to cape walk for amazing views. We went to places I would never have thought to go to (and some of which would not have been accessible without a 4 wheel drive and a good knowledge of local tracks).

The included lunch was very good and in a lovely setting. After lunch we visited two of the smaller boutique wineries with great quality wines.

A perfect balance of nature and food / wine. Extremely good value given everything that was included.

I will definitely do another tour with Hank on my next trip to Margaret river and would highly recommend his tours to anyone visiting the area.

I chose the Snapshot of Margaret River Tour to discover new parts of the region we did not know about, and we were not disappointed. Hank's knowledge and information on the region from the walking trails, to the best wild flowers, waterfalls, lunch destination and spectacular Cape to Cape walk was exceptional. We had a fun filled day immersed in natural beauty. The vehicle is very comfortable and easily took us to places most vehicles can't go. Thank you Hank!

Hank Durlik’s full day Nature & Wildflower Tour makes for a jam packed and educational adventure capturing the Margaret River and surrounding area hot spots.
My day included experiencing the ambience and beauty of the Boronup Forest, coastal vistas, awesome landscapes and wildflower trails.
Being an orchid enthusiast, Hank delivered in spades by showing me heaps of orchids including many I had never seen before.
“Memories are made of this”.

Cannot beat this amazing experience! We spent two very full days in October 2022 touring Cape to Cape with Hank and he did not disappoint - delivering 110% on every single area of interest in the stunning Margaret River region. Nothing was too much trouble for Hank and this all encompassing tour was the absolute highlight of our trip to WA. Hank is a true local with an abundance of knowledge of the region and all it’s beauty. He is so personable and we shared lots of laughs as he fulfilled the wishes of our 80 year old mum who had been dreaming of seeing the Wildflowers in season. From the breathtaking coastlines, through ancient Forests, the delicate and colourful wildflowers, easy walking tracks, wild rivers, stunning beaches, wineries, lighthouses, caves, quirky bakeries, fancy morning teas and delicious lunches with awesome views, let alone all the photos he took of us and for us with so much helpful advice - we could not have asked for anything more! Thank you so very much Hank for making our mums dreams come true! We are so happy to highly recommend you and your tours to anyone wanting to really explore the Margaret River Region. Very impressed! This was hands down the best tour I've ever been on.

Reading through the reviews, I'd seen that Hank tailored tours for individuals, including consideration of mobility so asked if he could provide a wildflower tour for mum and I, with mum having mobility constraints (only able to walk short distances at a time). He advised that this was no issue, and provided an amazing tour showing us places we could never have found or reached ourselves, with incredibly unique views and landscapes.

We also had a great time searching for wild orchids and wildflower spotting. Hank is incredibly knowledgeable and a great conversationalist, providing a great history of areas and his childhood experiences, and I would highly recommend touring with Hank (we're already considering one of his 4 day tours to Albany after just completing the wildflower tour today!).

What a treat we experienced! We are locals from Yallingup and thought we had seen everything there was to see Down South... but not so! Hank delivered first class guidance sprinkled with wit and a deep understanding of the land and its inhabitants. We have booked our husbands and families in for 2022 to repeat the same tour and then will progress on to the longer day excursions. An absolute must!

The day started with a light rain and I was so grateful it turned out sunny the rest of the day .. Hank was very responsive the moment I did my booking ..

I was the only guest for the day so it was really like a private tour with him. I was so lucky 😃 He brought me to Leeuwin Lighthouse, Jewel + Lake + Mammoth Caves, forests, beaches, cliffs, and took photos of me too 🤭

We went to so many places in just one day 🤗 totally worth it 👍 I absolutely recommend him/ his tours 🤗 I definitely would not have been able to do all of it on my own .. so grateful for his services 🤗

thank you so much for accommodating me and for patiently waiting for me when I'm done at each location 🙏🤗 All the best to you Sir 🫡 🙋

What an incredible day tour with Hank Durlik of Margaret River Exposed! Hank showed us hidden gems we would have never found, the only Grass Tree forest, which was breathtaking. I know the photos don’t do it justice. He called over Blue Fairy Wrens with his incredible bird call. I was able to get wonderful photos. He showed us the quarter size purple pansy orchids and Funnel-web spider orchids, only found in WA. Lab playing in the clear waters of the Indian Ocean. Magpie with lunch, while we enjoyed a delicious lunch at Olio Bello. It was was so good we returned the next day. I definitely recommend Hank’s company Margaret River exposes.con@au

Being a senior couple with some mobility issues my wife and I were delighted with the sympathetic itinerary Hank had created to match our capabilities. Our 4 day tour of south-west WA started from Margaret River and wound it's way south passing through beautiful forests containing multitudes of flora including the giant tingle and karri trees. One 61 metre karri known as the Gloucester Tree and is used as a fire lookout is located just outside Pemberton which is also home to the Pemberton Tramway. Day 2 found us on our way to our main destination - Albany. Hank's knowledge of the area was extensive and for the next 2 days we visited many of the local attractions with the highlight being the National ANZAC Centre. From day 1 we travelled in comfort at a pace that allowed us to stop and apprreciate local attractions and seasonal produce.

My sister, mother and I went on a tour with Hank, he was really really knoweldgable and having grown up in Margaret River, he knows the place like the back of his hands and adds some really lovely insights to the tour.

It was a really wonderful day and Hank was accomodating, interesting to talk to and generally a joy to have around. At the end of the day it felt like saying goodbye to a dear friend!

The tour feels like great value for money and we were really happy to have done it.

Thanks so much Hank!
