When we arrive here we always think it would be a great place for a wedding. The buildings are beautiful and the wines are top shelf. It is all very impressive. The cellar door staff are knowledgeable and very friendly. We tried some excellent wines.
A peaceful and welcoming atmosphere were a great accompaniment to a light lunch, winery tour and tasting. The menu was varied and well crafted and the wines very pleasing. Very impressed with the venue as a wedding or event location too.

This great Winery has really improved over the years. It offers four levels of wines to taste at no cost. The highest tier, the reserve is often sold out. The Chardonnay is king here. There are also some quirky wines, like a fortified Shiraz.
We visited Xanadu midweek for a winery tour (hosted by Kate), personal tasting experience (also with Kate) and lunch at the adjoining Xanadu restaurant. We couldn’t talk higher of Xanadu for its beautiful views, high quality Chardonnay and Cabernet, and amazing dining experience.
