The Maze about 4 km south of Margaret River is a great achievement for its creators and operators. The maze itself is made from mature hedging of foliage at a height of about 3 metres. It is a real challenge and a great entertainment. In the grounds of the maze — I guess at least a hectare— are most wonderful gardens, mostly native plants, dotted with other games and attractions. It’s costly to take a family but the gardens are worth the entry fee apart from the maze. There’s also a clean and pleasant area for food and drinks. The maintenance of such a place takes much work. It is all immaculate.

We had 4 Adults and 2 Kids (10 &12) We played Mini Golf first which has plenty of shade and is good fun. We then had a picnic in the grounds which are lovely. Then we hit the Giant Maze, it was very hot on the day we went so did have its frustrations. Took approx 20 minutes to find centre and a further 20 minutes to find exit. I recommend enclosed shoes and water on hot days. There's a nice Cafe and a small selection of Simmo's Icecreams.
