We had John as our guide and I must give credit where credit is due. John was very engaging with every member of the group. John has been with the company for a lengthy period of time and naturally he was 100% on top of his game. He was a very helpful and knowledgeable guide.
The tour was exactly as described except for the cheese factory. But this was only because the cheese factory wasn't offering tastings. John gave us the option to go to the factory still however we voted no. John did us one better and provided cheese from the factory we were meant to go, and included it as part of the tastings at the 3rd vineyard. Great forward thinking there.
The vineyards chosen were great as the people at said vineyards gave us their full attention and were willing to offer as much or as little information about their wines and background as we liked. It was a great experience.
Highly recommend.

We decided on the spur of the moment to go on a wine tour and our guest house hostess managed to get us on a McLeod Tour. Lucky us! From the moment John arrived to pick us up at 9.30am until he dropped us off late afternoon, we had a brilliant time. Given that we have visited MR many times we thought we’d just be getting a skipper service - how wrong we were - a great mix of venues and lots of interesting anecdotes. Highly recommended.

We booked our tour to the Margaret River area through Journey Beyond as a prequel to our Indian Pacific rail journey. Neil (McLeod) picked us up promptly from our Perth hotel and was very attentive and professional from beginning to end. Neil’s coach was relatively small and therefore the tour group was small and felt very personal. Neil drove us down to Margaret River, stopping at various places on the way and finishing up at Margaret’s Beach Resort where we were staying for 2 nights. Rusty took over on the 2nd day and again took us to a number of interesting places in the area. Neil collected us on the 3rd and final day and drove us back up to Perth. Neil and his family were born and bred in the Margaret River area and are both knowledgeable and passionate about promoting local businesses. Overall an excellent trip and well worth our 5 star rating.

All the logistics of our trip were handled impeccably and we proceeded seamlessly. McLeod's drivers were extremely knowledgeable and informative and I think we saw everything we needed to see. They took us out for meals at fabulous restaurants and cafes with our orders being phoned through beforehand so there was no wasted time. All in all, it was an excellent tour and I highly recommend McLeods as a tour operator. Thanks again Rusty and Linc!

I actually did this tour back in December 2016 and it was soooo good we visited lots of places and the tour guide was amazing . My partner had been on one with the same company 4 years prior to that and he was so happy with the experience back then . If I ever get a chance to get back down there and get the kids minded lol I’m so iso h these guys again .

Three days in Margaret River isn't enough but the super professional McLeod Team succeeded in providing a great holiday. Their attention to detail, local knowledge and connections left us amazed at the beauty of the region. At all times we felt safe, in good hands and were comfortable and well looked after. We cannot recommend Neil, Lincoln, Rusty and the Team highly enough. Thank you!

Myself and a few friends completed the half day tour of Margaret River.
Our driver was super friendly and easy to chat with. Started the day having a ‘shot’ of olive oil, which was something to add to the list of experiences!
Lucky enough to have beautiful weather to go with all the tasty wines.
Lunch was preordered which cut out any waiting times.
Overall great day and we would all recommend McLeod Tours.

Fantastic, what a great day, a great tour guide in Jon too. Picked up right outside our motel and dropped back too, all on time. Throughlhy recommend this company. Had an esky onboard to store any purchases that required it. Very relaxed day in great company. Great drive around the area to, thanks Jon.

From the moment we were picked up our day was very enjoyable. Our driver Jon was knowledgable and informative. We tasted coffee, cheese, chocolate, oils and relish and went to 3 amazing wineries, Redgate, Fermoy and Wilespie. Lunch was at Cowaramup Brewery. The order of the stops was well planned and made the day successful

We had the pleasure of Neil providing our transport in and around Margaret on our recent girls weekend. Not only was he prompt, polite and have a pristine car, but he was an absolute legend! What a lovely local to have look after us for the day. Our whole experience from booking to when we finally arrived home, was perfect. We will definitely be back to Coralie and Neil again.

Hi there. Looking at the 159 package for the region tour.
It says pick up margaret river or 10k from destination.. will you pick up from pullman at bunker Bay at all?

Looking at doing your half day Food & Wine tour as 1 out of our group of 3 doesn't drink. The other 2 of us are Gluten Free however so I was wondering if that's sonething that can be accommodated for?

Hello Rebecca, thank you for getting in touch. Our half day "Great Taste Tour" is a great option for non-drinkers in your group, besides wine tasting we also include visits to local producers of cheese, chocolate and Olive Oil. The tour includes lunch at a brewery and with lunch a glass of beer, wine or soft drink. There is Gluten Free options available for lunch. I do hope this is of some help. Hi there, 3 of us are in the Margaret River region around 18-23 Aug-flexible with dates.....
What would be the cost of doing a private tour for the 3 of us of a selection of vineyards from around midday onwards (not sure when vineyards close....?)

Hi, I'm solo & about to visit my Niece who lives in Thornlie. Is there a closer pick up point than the railway station for me doing the 3 day tour. Also, will I be sharing accommodation?

Hi John, thank you for your inquiry regarding our Margaret River 3 Day Escape Tour. We pickup from the city, unfortunately we can't pickup from the suburbs. It doesn't have to be the Perth Railway Station we also pickup from hotels in the city. If you were coming into the Perth by train then the Wellington Street Coach Stand outside of the Perth Train Station would be the best place for pickup.
Accommodation is not shared, there is a single supp. applicable for solo traveller's. For more information please visit our website at McLeod Tours, Margaret River.
