One of the best days I've had, it was so awesome!
I've been living in Geraldton for the last year and heard great things. My friend was visiting and we did the trip together. It was a really awesome day from start to finish.
Bri and Nick were our pilots and hosts and they were incredible. They went out of their way to make it an awesome day. Learnt lots about the islands on the flight - so much cool history and seeing the different islands.
The island we visited was really cool and Bri and Nick showed us around and went out of their way to make sure we saw all the cool different bits.
The snorkling was so cool - Bri and Nick made sure we saw lots of cool things in the water as well.
I'd recommend getting lunch - it was yum and nice to have it while looking at the view of the bay.
I couldn't recommend it more!

The flight tour across to the Abrolhos islands was an absolutely magical experience. From the air, we were treated to an incredible sight of at least 40 whales breaching, with several adorable calves swimming alongside them. The occasional glimpse of reef sharks added an extra element of excitement to the journey. Our pilot, a wealth of knowledge, shared captivating stories about the Batavia and pointed out key landmarks that held historical significance for the Abrolhos islands. Upon landing, we indulged in a delightful morning tea, followed by a soothing cup of tea or coffee at the serene Turtle Bay. Lasting a few hours, this tour was worth every dollar, leaving us with unforgettable memories.

I have been interested in seeing/visiting the Albrohos Islands for a few years and this visit didn't disappoint. I chose the Full Day Guided Abrolhos Fly and Flipper and from beginning to end was impressed with the quality of service and the experience. The water was cool, but I still managed a snorkel out to see some of the reef and the lunch option was lovely. A fantastic day!

If you love spectacular views, nature, history and snorkelling then you will not be disappointed with this trip. It is MAGIC!

With clear blue skies and a light breeze we set off from Shine Aviation’s terminal in Geraldton. Brie, our pilot and guide flew low over the islands whilst giving a fascinating commentary about their history past and present. We were amazed how tiny the islands were, many mere thin strips surrounded by shallows and fringing reef. It was an incredible sight which could only be appreciated from the air. We were surprised by the number of ‘shacks’ dotted across many of the islands, homes to fishermen and pearl farmers. We landed on Wallabi Island and after a short stroll along a boardwalk arrived at a pristine beach dotted with reefs. The snorkelling was surprisingly good, many large and colourful fish, the purple stag horn coral was abundant , other corals were less so. Brie took us for a walk and pointed out some of the wildlife including Tammar wallabies.A delicious morning tea and lunch were included. After four hours on the island, plenty of time to swim, snorkel or wander we headed back to Geraldton. This was a wonderful experience full of history and incredible natural beauty. I highly recommend this tour and this company. Brie was delightful company, very professional and competent.

The Abrolhos islands weren’t what I was expecting. They are stunning and the history is quite astonishing. Cannot believe how many “shacks” there are one these islands. What a place to live! Our excellent pilot Bree was so professional but at the same time very friendly and very well informed about every aspect of the island.

Nick, our pilot, took us on a great custom made flight : Kalbarri; MurchisonGorge; Pink Lake; Abrolhos Islands His narrative and historical accounts were really enjoyable. Smooth flying all the way.

We had an incredible day out on the Abrolhos Islands with Shine Aviation experiencing a beautiful landscape and hearing about the history of the area from the grim Batavia to the thriving rock lobster industry. We had several unhurried hours on East Wallabi Island walking and snorkelling in Turtle Bay and enjoying this pristine environment. Nick was a very capable pilot and we had a truly fabulous day.

Great tour, very professional and friendly service. Nick, our pilot, was very informative and ensured all had a good outlook and plenty of photo ops -over all the sites. The stopover for a quick island tour, lunch and snorkel on East Wallibi island was very pleasant and subsequent flyover over the other Wallibi group islands an absolutely unique experience to appreciate the dramatic history around the Batavia shipwreck. We had a great day!

The highlight of my WA trip so far. We were so surprised to have Nick, our pilot, all to ourselves. Nick flew us from Geraldton heading north over the vast agricultural areas to Kabarri NP where we followed the Murchison River all the way to Kalbarri then along the beautiful rugged coastline to Hutt Lagoon where the lakes were so Pink it was hard to imagine they were a natural beauty. From here we made our trek to East Wallabi Island in the Houtman Abroholos where we had a picnic lunch, snorkel and walk around the island. Nick was very informative, a good pilot and I can thoroughly recommend this tour to anyone.
