Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

As we were taking a beautiful stroll through the busy streets of Bunbury Western Australia, we stumbled across this glorious monument. We were so extremely dazzled by its impeccable appearance and it’s longing stare we just had to stop in awe at its utter superiority. We were compelled by its fabulousness, pulling to take a selfie, immediately, posting it on all of our socials to brag to our friends and family about our remarkable discovery. The Sir John Forrest Monument is the most exhilarating tourist attraction in the whole of the Greater Bunbury Region and we are appalled to see it ranked so low on the top tourist destinations in Bunbury. We highly highly highly recommend and could not rave about this incredible statue any less than we have in this review.

Given John Forrest's contributions to the deaths and invasion and theft of Aboriginal land in the Kimberley region of Western Australia on behalf of the sheep industry: Perhaps this statue should be removed ?

If you happen to visit the public toilets at the junction of Stephen and Victoria Streets, you will surely notice a sculptured head of Sir John Forrest. In addition there is a large photo of the old church that is the only memento of the one time magnificent St. Paul's Anglican Church that previously occupied this and adjacent sites. The sculpture is, I guess, a simple memorial to Sir John. Shame that the old church was demolished in the name of progress.

I was in town for work when I walked past this monument . Didn't take long to look at, as it is small on the corner of Victoria st and Stephen St.
There are toilets right near the monument. It's s clean little area. Road parking is the way to go.
If you happen to be in town take a look as it won't take much of your time at all.

Never thought of this as an attraction, simply because it is not set up to act as one. it is simply a small park area with toilets and a seat. Not really all that much of a to do, more a place local simply use to grab a toilet break while doing some shopping

The Forrest family clearly have had a major impact on the development of Western Australia in particular John Forrest the first Premier of WA. A local boy made good and the electorate is also named after his family. From a historical perspective its great to see a public statue of the man. However it would be wrong of me to say in and off itself its at all worthy of listing a site that you must see. Its just a head albeit an important one. Great if it was part of a historical walk or similar.
