Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Excellent first private lesson. Sue the Manager is so experienced in skating and is so patient in teaching me to skate. I’m in my fifties and never thought I could get back on skates after 40 years, what an inspiration she is!! I am always excited for my next lesson.
The rink is clean and well run.
Def recommend!

Attended a skate session with children. Second time in a number of weeks. Each session goes for 1.5hrs, with skate lessons and games thrown in by staff. Immediately as session began, a skate lesson was announced. All skaters were made to participate, the announcer was a young woman, taking her role far too seriously for the age group of children present. Talking for far too long, children and adults became irritable as they were wanting to just enjoy a free skate session. Within minutes, announcements continued with expectations to participate, the more vulnerable anxious children left the floor and sat at tables until the announcer finished her sessions. The short times allocated to skate without interruption were enjoyable. Owners were accommodating and helpful. I suggest more time allocated to free skating, staff to read the crowd better and ease off the microphone.

Our kids love the rink.
We have been for parties, general sessions, theme nights and also for lessons.
The staff are all lovely and kind and helpful.
The kiosk is so handy too for a coffee and a treat for the kids.
We always enjoy our visit to the rink.
