We had a look at this church at night. The stain glass windows looked great from the outside- all of them, not just one of them. I'm not sure they light them up every night, but the Saturday night we went there, it looked great

This is a fairly impressive church if that sort of thing interests you. I'm not sure it's an attraction as such. Worth a look if you have nothing else to do.

I'm not sure many people would view Sale as a tourist destination, but for anyone passing through, St Mary's Catholic Cathedral is a fine place to visit. It has a light cream rendered finish, and we notice the sculpted angels with trumpets on the roof!...More
