We had a stopover in Echuca during our Australian trip, but we did not plan to book PS Pevensey experience in advance. Upon our walkthrough by the port, we have spotted this beautiful steamboat and have booked a trip on it. Truly madical "All the rivers run" experience, our ladies have especially liked it and have enjoyed every single moment... More

We went on the PS Pevensey as out mode of transport to & from Morrisons Winery for lunch, ( didn't have to worry about driving). Good access and plenty of room on board, plenty to see with Captains' commentary along the way & bar on board for those who felt the need.

What a great experience. To enjoy some time aboard a piece of iconic Australian history - and with a Teddy Bear Picnic for the kids just capped off a marvelous spring day in Echuca. Steaming down the Mighty Murray and learning even more about the history of Echuca-Moama and the Paddlesteamers was priceless. The kids loved it as its school... More

We took a one hour tour. Our terrier also had a ticket. Very pleasant on a nice day. The engineer told me that it takes half an hour to load half a ton of timber off-cuts from the sawmill. That is fuel enough for 2 hours to raise steam, and for 6 hours steaming. Several passengers asked him to pose... More

Our family of four was on a school holiday road trip and we decided to ride a paddle steamer. This trip didn't disappoint. We did a one hour trip and being school holidays there was lots of activities on board for the kids. A wonderful piece of Australia's history which was wonderful to experience.

We spent one full day at Echuca, we stayed two nights, on our way down to Ballarat and we will return. Before we left the discovery centre suggested the kids would enjoy the PS Pevensey as the steam engine is visible and they were 100% correct. I will describe the experience as it unfolded. We walked down the original dock... More

We were told at the ticket office that the 10:15 cruise had face painting, so glad I didn't mention this to miss 4 as there was not. A nice kids pack was available and a 'steer' of the boat. Access was difficult down steep stairs/ladders, but staff were helpful by taking our pram down to a lower level and putting... More

Thank you for your review. Apologies for the misunderstanding, however, sounds like they enjoyed every moment with you, aboard the P.S.Pevensey as she took you back in time to the historical riverboat trade era. We hope to welcome you back sometime soon to Echuca Moama. Regards Echuca Paddlesteamers More
