Alexas does have a wonderful range of unique and funky jewellery...but for heavens sake let me get in the door before you pounce. Then after i have said I Just want to browse for a bit ..leave me be. Don't keep asking what I am looking for- I don't know yet- stop hovering! I felt like I was under survellience. Pretty sure I don't look dodgy! Very uncomfortable and left without purchasing anything....shame really

A Storehouse of Treasures

I had read about the beautiful and varied selection of jewellery at Alexa’s Treasures, but nothing prepared me for the sight of so many fabulous silver animal pieces - as earrings, bracelets, rings and pendants. The service was excellent and the sale price most welcome. Wearing my silver elephant pendant is a joy!

Visited with my elderly Father looking for a 60th wedding anniversary present . The staff were fabulous. Knowledgeable , friendly and very patient . We were delighted with our purchase ( and the 'on sale' generous discount .) Thank you all .

Love their jewellery

Always go into Alexa's when looking for something special for a female relative. They have an awesome range of marquiset jewellery new & old at reasonable prices.

Treasure trove!

Last time we came past here the shop wasn't open so we window shopped.
This time we were so determined to get in we got here too early & had to wait for the shop to open.
Once we got in we weren't disappointed, quite a collection & very friendly staff.

Fabulous Jewellery

We always visit this shop when in Ballarat-it has a nice selection of antique glass,china and ornaments,but for me it is her fabulous collection of jewellery.There is a huge selection of marquasite jewellery as well as a whole lot of funky silver and bead confections-nothing subtle abouut most of them.Sadly I have to say I indulged myself again and bought a piece.

What happened to the lovely staff at Alexa's?

Having visited this shop quite a few times over the past 12 years and dealt with Kim (who was absolutely lovely!) and having traveled for almost 3 hours to get there today, we were shocked and disappointed by the sheer rudeness we met with today.

Hunted out the door like dogs by a previously unknown older woman with blonde hair who offered no apology whatsoever, other than to say "It's been a long week" and locked the door behind us.

Won't be going back.

Wondrous and magical - an unforgettable experience

Alexa's Treasures never fails to delight me. I have been an avid and loyal patron for a number of years now and can never fault their innate sense of customer service, discretion and friendly service where absolutely nothing is too much trouble.
With an astonishing collection of the most amazing array of treasures and pleasing prices too coupled with excellent knowledge and warm customer service.
It would be difficult to leave disappointed. Yes, a wondrous and magical place indeed.
