The convenience rating is high - get a ride to the Ballarat station, and the bus takes you via the Western Highway to Melton and then via the Melton-Keilor Road to the airport, where is drops you off in an undercover bus terminal area in T4. From here it is a walk to whichever terminal is required. Nearby to the bus stop is a cafe and clean public bathrooms. This spot also is the boarding point for the return trip. The comfort rating is less high. We scored the minibus on both legs - the larger coach is likely better. On the way to the airport we sat in row 4 - to be avoided as it is over the wheel. The bumps were not helped by the state of the Western Highway road surface. On the return leg we chose a different row, which made it better, but still not exactly comfortable.

We had to get to Melbourne Airport but didn't want to drive there & back. Didn't want to take train/bus combo either. We opted for a shuttle bus. It left on time & we had a nice relaxing ride, no stress thinking about traffic, we left that up to the lovely driver of the bus. We'll definitely shuttle again in future!

The mini-bus wasn't fit for purpose. My teeth rattled against each other all the way and the skin on my face shook. This was a disgrace and the cost being nearly twice the train and skybus was ridiculous. On complaint I was asked not to write a review but this is my second trip with this company and both journeys were similar. I gave them a second chance after a few years, thinking the first one was a fluke and they couldn't still be using such vehicles. But no! Horrible. I returned by skybus and train which was very comfortable. I have been offered a free trip but too little too late.

The quickest way for me to get to Ballarat from the Airport to see Mum and Dad. Their terminal is near the domestic terminals safe undercover and the drivers are friendly and helpful. If there's only a few people on your trip they'll use a mini bus, If there are a lot of bookings they'll deploy a full coach service.

I have used this service a number of times and have found it to be a very convenient and efficient way to get to and from Melbourne airport. It runs on time and offers a comfortable transfer. Easy on-line booking as well

We have used this shuttle 3 times now & it always delivers. There is usually a wait on the return trip home, but the drivers & the service is excellent.

This is a cheap way to to do the airport run from Melbourne airport to the surrounding areas. Service is prompt and professional.

I purchased tickets on the Ballarat Shuttle bus and haven't received them. How can we get on without tickets, as it is for tomorrow morning.
