Amazing experience. Martin, the cellar door manager made our Kilderkin experience exceptional. Gin flight and cheese board. All local produce on the cheese board. Loved the Sunburnt Country, Lola and Cherry Lush, but my favourites were the Scarlet Begonia and Bramble and Apple Pie gin liqueur. Awesome, thanks Martin!

Fantastic little Gin distillery. Beautiful interior , great staff who welcomed us from the moment we stepped in.
The tasting was a really enjoyable experience and the team was able to provide excellent information in regards to the creation of each of the Gins, as well as what to pair them with.
I can easily say that the toastie I had was one of the best of my life. Known as the hangover it was incredible.
Would reccomend for anyone who enjoys a Gin or a toastie.

We found this little Gin distillery and was quite surprised with what it had to offer. Gin sampling and beer paddle boards. The staff where very friendly and the gin was great. Very reasonably priced. We will return and a great place to take visitors.

Really lovely and friendly service and great tasting gin. We were able to get some juice and chips for the kids whilst we enjoyed the gin flight and beer. Really appreciated the balance of friendly service and informative information about the gin.

We had a wonderful distillery tour with owner Chris ,who was so knowledgeable and passionate about Gin and Whiskey .We had a Gin flight which was well presented and explained ,it tasted delicious . There was also the opportunity to have a cheese platter or some other nibbles. We will definitely be back and can’t wait for the Whiskey release in 2020.

Situated in a predominantly industrial area of Ballarat, this is not an easy place to find. Premises are shared with the Red Duck brewery adjacent. The tasting room is tiny, but there are a couple tables on the floor of the distillery which are available for people tasting the gins produced here. We eschewed the navy strength gin, and tried the Larrikin Original and Sunburnt Country, the latter featuring many native botanicals. There was also a London Dry style gin and a cherry infused gin available. It can take a while for a tasting to be set up if there are other people in the room; on our visit there was a single server. Be patient, the wait is worth it. Cost of a flight ranges from about $14 to $18 depending on the number of gins tasted.

What a nice little place to try a paddle of different styles of gin. Would not have expected this in Ballarat but what a great surprise.

My husband and I were scouting some great craft beers in Ballarat and this was our favorite spot. The host was very friendly, welcoming and full of great stories. The atmosphere was nice, sitting among all the equipment while hearing about how their gin is made. If we're back in Ballarat, would definitely return to this quaint spot!
