Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The Workers is in the middle of Launceston but you wouldn't know it, found down an alley in the centre of the restaurant district, this place is a gem for a night of cheap beer and pool. The perfect place for some pre-drinks to start the night off! The place is a little run down, but that just adds to the feel, it has 7 mint condition pool tables and 4 full length snooker tables. If you can get past the 70's paint job you'll have a great time.

I went to TLC for Til the Wheels Fall Off and had a great time! The setup is fantastic, the sound is great, the staff are friendly and the beer is cold!

We stopped in to TLW on our own walking tour of Launny's pubs, and we had to stay for a couple of cold beers and enjoy the warm conversation.
