I have been to many spa's and had many treatments all over the world and I can say without doubt that this was the best massage and facial I've ever had. The room was clean and inviting, the beds were comfortable and the therapists were incredible. I will come back to Tasmania regularly if only for this service. I attended with a girlfriend who had another therapist and said exact the same thing, so its not just therapist related. We had Kimberly and Jess as our therapist's :)

This is the first massage service I have been left waiting first also as a couple.
Was taken to the room for our massage and facial and it was the same room also as our spa bath unusual.
No paperwork filling required another thing I have always done when having a massage not one word was spoken by the girls during massage 1 hour or facial.
Not told where toilets were or shower which we were told between massage and spa we would need to have to wash off the oils etc. We only had one robe on door so if we did shower or toilet we would of had to do it in relays.
The fruit cocktails and sparkling were a nice touch the room itself was very warm would not like to attempt a spa or on hot summers day.
The massage and the facial were generic with nothing being spoken you didn't know about what products they were using or that you seem a little tight in a certain area of your body.
Would return but more than likely on my own.

I’m Lucky enough to have this fantastic spa just around the corner from where I work! I’m even luckier to have Jess look after me when I visit, so Professional and so sweet. I have my nails, lashes and facials done with her, and she is so great at them all!

I am so disappointed. Arrived 10minutes before appointment. Didn't get into our massage 15 minutes after our appointment. Booked for 1 hour deep tissue massages charged at full rate and only massaged for 45minutes, so they could make up for their lost time. Not only that, one massage was more like a relaxation massage, Not a deep tissue. No one asked us if we wanted different pressure. No one apologised for running behind. A very unprofessional business.

My husband purchased me a spa wrap exfoliation followed by massage for my Birthday 3 months ago $270 - for less than 2 hrs total.
Disappointed to say the least. Fill in form - not mentioned thru treatment. Requested hard pressure - a tickle, showered after exfoliating cocoon - didn’t do hands or tummy nor neck.. no washer in shower or bath mat - to wash off mask?! Public liability claim waiting to happen and don’t put cheap shampoo conditioner in shower as I might as well have had this treatment at home. Felt dry, tired and displeased - shoulder and neck not really touched nor face. Thanks for letting me know never to venture back or send friends family there with vouchers. Owners wake up!

I have been to Insparations a couple of times now and they never fail to impress! First time was for a 'MeTime Package' inclusive of a massage, facial and pedicure and the second for a Deluxe Pedicure. The staff are always friendly and I always leave feeling relaxed and pampered.

InSPArations for absolutely the best 2.5 hours of self-indulgence ever. The location is fabulous in a lovely old building in the CBD with a long term carpark close by. The atmosphere and attitude from the moment I walked through the door set up a beautifully relaxing couple of hours and at great value ..... if self-indulgence could ever be considered value $ wise. I'll definitely be back and in fact have already made my next booking.

My girlfriend booked us in for the me time package, staff were lovely, beautiful old building, room was nice & warm, we had a wonderful experience thank you girls, we will be back

My wife and I had a massage, great way to finish off our day after quite a lot of walking, nice premises, staff are nice and we received a fantastic massage.

My first time ever of visiting a Day Spa, I had a chest and back wax done by Emma.
I was very happy with the courteous service I received and very happy with the waxing although I must admit the chest waxing was a bit owey, i have a new appreciation for what you ladies go through :) haha.
Very happy client and I shall return!!
