Overview
We are the only cheesemaking workshop in Tasmania! Sure you can visit the big commercial factories and view through the glass but why do that when we can teach you how to make your favourite cheeses safely and with more flavour than you've ever imagined right in your own home! Tasmania is the milk capital of Australia for a reason which is why we make the best cheese in the country!

Us and 7 other friends stayed overnight at this lovely couples home last night. They ran 2 great and very informative cooking courses. One was cheese making and the boys did sausages and salami. We were made to feel at home straight away. Nothing too much trouble for Lob and Cassie. They prepared lunch, platters, spit roast and breaky next morning which you could not fault. Get your friends together and book an amazing weekend with these lovely people.

My family of 4 along with friends went to Fork n Farm to celebrate my 40th birthday and Christmas. The moment we arrived we felt at home, we ate amazing food prepared on a spit roast, pizza oven, smoker as well as indulging in homemade cheese accompanied with homemade jams, relish & sauces. Kids loved picking fresh produce from the garden and the freedom the farm has. We absolutely loved having our morning coffees surrounded in spectacular views and then enjoying beers & wine around the fire sharing great stories. The hosts have so much knowledge and great big smiles. Fork n Farm has something for everyone.
