Came for a Valentine’s Day meal and never again. Meal came out cold then came back chewy (squid). My fiancé and I ended up eating separately as a result. Would not recommend

We walked on it during sunset. Pretty crowded, but okay. Nice and lovely place Glenelg. Just to avoid city crows

Lovely walk out on the pier. Big clear signs stating no diving as there had been problems with several people sustaining injuries, but it didn’t deter the determined. Great spot for fishing from and an anglers map of popular species etched into a metal plaque....More

This is a must do when visiting Glenelg whatever the weather. A great place to look out and watch the happenings in the surf and on the beach.

Temperature was 36° but not uncomfortable with the see breeze. Beautiful long beach with multiple food and ice cream shops around.

Nice walk out along the pier, but of a breeze on a summer’s day when the town is baking. Nice views back to the shore and over the turquoise water. Good photo op, and a pleasant way to spend 10 mins or so.

Nothing wrong with being a typical beachside tourist spot. There’s a waterslide park for the kids, plenty of great restaurants and cafes, and of course the beach. Another option is to walk 7.5km north from here to Henley Beach and watch the sunset. The walk...More

It’s a pier. You walk along it and can get some good photos. Sunset was good. Difficult to get too excited, but it’s worth a stroll. It’s free!

It was lovely to walk along the pier and look back at the town and its buildings and the length of the beach. It was a calm sunny day so very enjoyable. There are plenty of cafes and shops to explore in the area too.

I do not think that the area is renowned for art works, but it is nice for a visit, perhaps a visit to the galley in the city would be the go there is a tram.
