A classic example of a Japanese Garden. The peace and tranquility of the gardens are amazing. The contrasts between the different seasons is absolutely amazing, currently all the amazing autumn leaf colours.

A Saturday afternoon was well spent visiting the Japanese Gardens. A pleasant walk amid the trees and flowers with lovely vistas around the water feature. A little oasis of serenity in the city.

You feel like you have stepped into another place and time. It is tranquil and balanced. Great place to sit and watch the fish, birds and turtles.

I love studying in the Japanese Gardens. The fact the wifi from the Uni reaches over there is just amazing. The flora is always well kept and the paths are amazing.

A wonderful peaceful garden in the middle of Toowoomba. Water bridges and well tended gardens wind around next to the University. Would be a fabulous place to sit and read a book.

There is no entrance fee for the Japanese garden. There is a donation box but I honestly haven't seen anyone put anything in it for years. Well worth a look.

Dog are permitted within the Japanese Garden, but must be on a leash at all times. The dog owner is also required by using an appropriate scoop and bag to remove any droppings. :)
