Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We went up to the mountain from Broadbeach at 15:30. Better earlier than that, I know. But we had to pickup my sister first from work. You could imagine how dark the environment when we got up the mountain.
The journey (by car) both dangerous & fascinating. Jaw dropping view along the way. And there we were, arrived at a spot crowded with people who had the same reason to be there: capturing spectacular sunset 🌅!!! Unforgettable experience. By the way it was last minute idea of my sister who lives in Gold Coast. Thanks sis! 🥰

Take the time to take the trip up the mountain. Do the Curtis Falls walk, have a local coffee and support the local shops. Lunch was at the brewery, yummy pizzas and finished at the cheese shop.

Tamborine Mountain. The green behind the gold. Only 40 minutes drive from Queensland's Gold Coast beaches. Hang Glider Lookout is awesome. Tree House Cafe has the best breakfasts/brunch I've had for a while.

Mt Tamborine has great natural scenery and a small boutique village. eMt Tamborine cheese factory had reopened with new owners from Napales in Italie. Now they make cheese again on sight. The shop has only local and Austrslian cured meats and cheese produce. Amazing.
The rest of town was quite with many of the ships and cafes still not open. A lovely day.

Loved the skywalk, glow worm caves, distillery and views. Not a great place to go midweek. We struggled on a tue/wed/thur to find restaurants open. Only delivery you can get would be pitza if your lucky. No transport to get to wineries ect. One taxi that is very rearly available.

Mount tamborine is a very beautiful and peaceful place to visit, so so many attractions to see and visit, lots of places to eat and just a wonderful place to add to your must see destinations, its not that far from the city of brisbane or the gold coast so its ideally situated and well worth the trip, we love the place. Has great shops with unusual things to buy in walking distance to where we stayed.

We stayed at a private studio cottage on a private property in meron court mount tamborine, its so cute, extremely clean, beautiful owner, so friendly, its a peaceful location, it has small bathroom, kitchenette, loung, dining, and bedroom all in one, small but cosy, nice furnishings, comfortable bed, 5 star rating for us regarding style, cleanliness, and being looked after if you require anything, has iron, ironing board, tv, coffee machine, toaster etc. We got fresh eggs as they have chickens on the back of the property, very nice place to stay and not expensive at all, has fast wi fi, parking tricky but on site parking, i found it on booking .com and so glad i did.
