Do not use this company. The lady who areanges a liar. She quoted $250 for a pick up then after drop charged $354. Then said she can give me discount on next trip…shady company. So many honest options out there them these crooks.

"Ezy Transfers " Airport transfers.......don't waste your time. Booked a return trip for my elderly father from his home to the Brisbane airport and return 5 days later. Firstly the person on the phone was not very personable but getting passed that as they showed up on time to take him to the airport. 5 days later however, even after a call to them to confirm it was still booked for the next day and assured it was still all go, they failed to meet him and left him alone and stranded at 11.30pm to organise his own transport home which was 40 odd kms away. They wouldn't answer the phone and havent been contacted since. Very disappointing service and 100% do not recommend.

Booked this based on reviews, which were positive, for a family of 7.
Ease of booking was positive, as was subsequent communication.
Actual transfer was poor. While walking from the aircraft to baggage claim, a call was received from the driver saying he was on his way, and to start “walking north” once we had collected bags (no idea what way north was here). 15 minutes after collecting bags, I called the driver, who was “just arriving”.
Summary: late, no “ meet & greet, vehicle ver basic.
Recommend Uber or normal taxi (easy to arrange, more comfortable, and cheaper).

Thanks to the incredible service, care and support of Roy, Barbara and Julian at Express Transfers our daughters were able to make it home safely to the USA from their COVID-19 exodus from Thailand through Singapore, Australia and Honolulu.
It was a challenging and stressful journey overall, but my wife and I simply cannot thank these guys enough for the wonderful care you provided for our daughters during their transfer from the Gold Coast Airport to the airport in Brisbane for their last flight home. Julian was wonderful in shepherding them and making sure that they safely checked-in at Brisbane Airport. The voice mail message that we received from Barbara informing us that our daughters had made it safely and “in good spirits” to Brisbane, was remarkably kind and brought tears to our eyes.
Although it is easy to get distracted in light of world events, we did not want to forget to let everyone know of the tremendous service we received and encourage all to support this wonderful business. We will never forget your kindness.
When things settle down in this world (and they will), we plan on taking our annual family vacation to the Gold Coast of Australia. When we get in to your area, we plan on using Express Transfers for everything and thanking you all in-person.
Thanks again, hang in there and stay well.

After 10 hours flight we landed at Gold Coast Airport from Japan, and need to travel to Brisbane airport for another 6 hours (including waiting time) domestic flight. We were exhausted and little bit worried until we met our drive Julian. Our family were very welcomed by the drive and been given three cold bottle of water which helped us a lot especially from a cold weather straight into a hot summer. The transfer was very relaxable and enjoyable. Julian was very talktive and friendly, we all felt very safe in his car. Most importantly, it was a great little break for us and the driver made us feel back home. We did not have time to shop around when placing the booking, but we have to say it was a quick decision to book this service and it certainly worth it. I would highly recommend this transfer company and we will absolutely use it again. Thank you Julian again for your great service.

We used express transfers from Brisbane airport to Surfers paradise and had a great friendly driver called Steve. He was waiting for us at the baggage carousel with a sign that had our name on it. We felt very safe as he was an excellent driver. The return trip we had Julian as our driver and once again he was on time at our apartments in Surfers paradise for pick up and a great driver. Thanks express transfers we will be using you again and highly recommend your services.

We took Express Transfers from the Brisbane Airport to Surfers Paradise and return. Both our drivers Steve and Barbara were on time and great conversationalists. The time to get to our destination just flew by. I highly recommend Express Transfers. If you are transferring from the Gold Coast to the Brisbane Airport in the morning, allow extra time for traffic.

I have no hesitation in recommending Express Transfers. Being a family run business, they are always punctual, helpful and friendly. I have used them several times to take me from Gold Coast to Brisbane Airport and will continue to do so in the future.

I would not hesitate to recommend Express Transfers for private corporate bookings. Booking system is very easy to use, I can put in both the passenger name as well as my own contact information, confirmation is quick and any changes are responded to in a timely manner.
The experience itself was great! I got a text the day prior confirming the driver and contact number. When I sent the information to my client, they said they already had been contacted with the same information! No other transfer company does this, so it was great!
The drivers were punctual, cleanly presented and contacted the passengers on arrival. The vehicles were also very clean and comfortable.
I would highly recommend using them!

I have used Express Transfers on many occasions to travel from the Gold Coast to Brisbane Airport. Their prices are reasonable, they turn up at the booked time with clean, comfortable vans and friendly drivers. Express Transfers are the best way to get to/from the Gold Coast & Brisbane Airport.
