We didn't have long enough. Fantastic walk to Snapper Rocks. Terrific bike way. Lovely beaches although there didn't appear to be much wave action. Easy walk to Coolangatta yet with a slightly quieter position at Kirra. Definitely need a revisit.

Kirra Beach is just a wonderful as I remember it, but even better this time. I visited at the end of April when it was much quieter and the ocean side walk along the beach is just incredible. A stunning place to walk of a...More

Love walking here. Very flat, and long. There are not too many people, even though is was 🐣 Easter. We stayed at the caravan Park, and visited the surf club at North Kirra. Easy parking.

Stayed at Kirra for 2 weeks near a relative. Lots of walks and some beach and swim time with children. Gorgeous every morning.

Lovely beach which is great for families with little ones wanting a safe and patrolled beach. Little channel and light rolling waves makes this beach perfect for whaling around without being dunked. Little gem of the ocean.

The white sands squeak under your feet as you walk along the beautiful waters edge. We were here in April and the days were around 27° and the water was still warm. Lovely beach

If you are not heading to Kirra anytime soon, try and find the surf cam for the area or google street view on your search engine. This might give you an idea of what's on offer in the area. From memory, the Kirra lookout... More
