We ( mum 50 & 15 year old teenager) hired 2 of the electric trike bikes for an hour and zoomed up to Tugan then back down to Greenmount. We had great fun.
They are really easy to use and go fast enough to get a good zip around without being too fast.
Chippy was super friendly and helpful, can’t wait to come back to Coolangatta to do it again.

We were the first customers to hire in their new Kingscliff Beach store today & had a wonderful experience. Rented 2 x step through ebikes for 4 hours that were a dream to ride & heaps of fun. Free helmets & bike lock provided & were given instruction on how to use the bikes. Such friendly service & easy. Great bike tracks all the way up to Chinderah & back down to Cabarita Beach with a couple of swims along the way. Great way to spend 4hours & very reasonably priced. Thank you Kool Bike Hire. Very cool indeed!

We hired 3x bikes for a day which we used to cycle from Coolangatta to Kingscliff. My bike was a lovely brand new cruiser with gears and a basket - a nice change from the number of places that hire out rusty clapped out bikes. Customer service was excellent and price was very reasonable. Highly recommend!

My daughter, niece and myself hired electric bikes and cycled to Surfers Paradise from Coolangatta. It was an amazing experience. It was our first time on e-bikes. Julian, James and Gracie were so encouraging. courteous and kind. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They went above and beyond to ensure that we had a pleasant and safe experience. We would happily recommend them!

Bikes are all up to date, modern, safe and functional. They also have scooter hire. We hired for two hours and rode around to Tugun and back to Snapper rocks. The bike tracks are fabulous. Hire comes with helmet, bike basket and bike lock. Customer service was friendly and effieint. Totally recommend.

We had a blast on these electric trikes, including the teenagers who zipped around us oldies. Super easy to ride.
The owner was super easy to deal with and made sure we were all set up before letting us go.
2 of the trikes ran out of battery before our 2 hours were up, but we had ridden them down to Currumbin and were on our way back and they had been ridden by teenagers that did more distance than the others (circling us oldies). The owner quickly had fresh batteries brought up to us and nothing was too much trouble.
Definitely recommend for a fun morning with the kids.

We have been coming to the Gold Coast for years, but hiring the DC electric trikes here was the most fun we have ever had. From the 10 year old to the almost 70 year old, we all had an absolute blast. Easy to use, but so much fun!

We hired the electric trikes for 1 hour and we all had a blast. We scooted down to Tugun and back up to Greenmount. Two of the trikes has seats and the other 2

We rented two scooters today from a very polite and helpful business owner. We rented them for two hours and got back 1.5hrs back as we ran out of battery. These things happen, specially in a very windy day where the scooter may have had to work harder.
The owner told us that we got back a bit early and we could come back the next day and use up the 30mins remaining. As little as this may seem to others, this gesture doesn't happen very often nowadays. This is an example of a great business owner.
I don't usually write reviews but credit has to be given when it's due. From the beginning, it was service with a smile. Further, the prices are very reasonable. Great explanations throughout and very encouraging to have a good time and not to stress if we went over by a few mins as these things may happen.
Thanks again! I highly recommend this business to anybody. This place is very very under rated I would say. I am surprised it isn't listed higher in the TO DO list of things for Coolangatta.
