We had previously done this river cruise on the Bundy Belle a couple of years ago and decided to take my sister from interstate this time. The Bundy Belle was a newer boat which was a lot bigger, we sat up the front of the boat and took in all the views with the entertaining commentary along the way. We were also delighted by the songs that were played which were centered around Bundaberg as well as an old Chad Morgan song while we were provided with a cuppa and biscuits as well as lamington slices. Taking in all of the surrounding views and scenery, we were then entertained by Ryan on his guitar and the Skipper on his Saxaphone. It was great to hear them play 'How to make Gravy' as we had just recently had Christmas and the song was very apt. A very memorable experience and the crew made us feel very welcomed, I was even given a hat to wear as I had forgotten mine. Sunscreen was also provided for those that required it. We did the 9.30am cruise so that we would be back in time for lunch at Grunske's. I definitely recommend this cruise to everyone.

Wonderful relaxing, smooth cruise on board the Bundy Belle. Greeted by Lisa who is a very kind and caring person making sure passengers were well looked after. Lisa serves up a great cuppa with biscuits and cake and also arranged a golf buggy to transport anyone in need of assistance to and from the boarding ramp. Dale was very entertaining with his numerous interesting stories of life along the river from days of yore to present time. His jokes went over well accompanied with songs written about the area. Many thanks Lisa and Dale, we thoroughly recommend 🌟 Marilyn and Keith Sydney

From the moment we arrived, till we disembarked, we enjoyed genuinely friendly hospitality. The cruise was good value, as it was 2.5hrs and included morning tea. We chose to sit up top, enjoying the sunshine. However, the option to sit below, in full shade is available. Commentary was interesting, hearing the history of the Burnett River, along with Bundaberg itself. And could be well heard through the top deck speakers. The views were to be expected along the river. It was a very relaxing and informative morning, being treated as part of a family. I was on board with 3 adults and a 12yr old and we all had a wonderful time. Followed with lunch at Grunskes, perfect morning.

Myself & friends went on the Bundy Belle today for a lunch cruise with music. We received scrumptious Fish n Chips from Grunskes Seafood Restaurant. We also enjoyed songs by a local musician Matt Barker. The cruise is very relaxing and listening to the Skipper Dale's stories about the history of and along the Burnett River. The Bundy Belle is very comfortable & cool from the water breezes. There is a bar, tea & coffee, and snacks available. This was my 2nd cruise on the Bundy Belle and I will definitely be booking again.

We are so lucky to be able to pick up Grunskes Fish and Chips, it is always hot and fresh. We enjoyed out 2 1/2 hour of the Burnett River - the guide was very informative - we learned a lot of history of the area. Coffee/tea/biscuits and lamingtons were a nice surprise. My only comment would be that the guide spoke very quickly and with an Aussie accent (or course!), and even though I've been in Australia for over 20 years -somethings he said were just too fast for me to catch. I would think that overseas visitors (if you get many) would really have a hard time. So maybe slowing down somewhat would help the understanding. Constructive feedback - I hope.

The Bundy Belle River Cruise is run by a friendly professional couple who did a great job. We took the cruise on a sunny still afternoon in winter and it was really enjoyable and worthwhile. The commentary was interesting and brought the river to life helping us to understand the history and happenings of this interesting river. Great value for an easy interesting experience.

Great day cruising the Burnett River. Wonderful cabin crew. Skipper kept us entertained with expert knowledge of the region and we loved his cheeky sense of humour. Great fish and chips from Grunskies and fantastic live music. So glad that we did this trip. An absolute highlight of our Bundy experience.

Starting with Lisa’s friendly suggestion to bring a jacket (it gets cool on the top deck) to the equally friendly welcome and a “mind your head” from our captain Dale, our trip on the Bundy Belle was great.
Dale told us stories of the river and its history. He also had a few Dad jokes. Along with the stories and jokes we also listened to the music of local artists.
Lisa made sure all the passengers were comfortable, attending to our various requests for tea or coffee. My black coffee was perfect. Thank you Lisa.

What a fabulous cruise. Fish and chips cruise
Day was cloudy and very very hot.
The staff are incredible.
Commentary great.
The musicians were fabulous.
The skipper turned into a sax and flute player

We travel down to Bundaberg every now and then for a weekend getaway and like to do something new each time - this weekend was the river cruise with Bundy Belle.
It was a really relaxed way to start the day - just cruising up the Burnett River to the Port of Bundaberg.
Great stories of local history with music and morning tea provided.
Totally recommend this cruise and make sure you book a table for lunch at Grunskie’s when you get back.
And bring your sense of humour - you will get some great dad jokes as well 😉
