Like Buss square with the gardens . Old style town with central parking and big wide streets Loved the old buildings sitting on the corners dating back to what they were in yester year The post office building is grand along with some of the older pubs Along the front next to the river is a nice walk Way concrete... We loved the character and history of Bundaberg, this place is a great credit to all those involved in keeping their city a great experience to visit, especially after the horrid floods a few years ago!

We found Bundaberg city to be a well planned and designed place with a great range of shops with many historical buildings. There is plenty of parking in the streets and it is an easy city to drive around. There are many many places to eat out or have a quiet or rowdy drink with friends. As Victorians we were... More

Amazing range of shops for a regional town. An eclectic mix of modern, functional and historical architecture with a number of different arcades and local points of interest.

CBD is Bourbong St. Angle parking in centre and at left side. Very busy during opening hours, but easy enough to find parking as people are constantly coming and going. Couldn't believe the traffic congestion, thought we were back in Brissie. Except that the traffic flowed. If people have a problem with angle or central parking, go and retake your... More

We stayed at the Matilda motel in the CBD. Its in the middle of the CBD. There are a lot of restaurants in the area, especially steakhouses, the usual fast food and Indian, Thai, vietnamese, chinese restaurants. So far have tried out Rizwan, was great Punjabi food. especially the garlic naan and the family pack is a great choice, lots... More

Bundaberg is quite an old city, but has everything you could need. All the different banks & building societies most within a small radius of city centre. Bundaberg has Target, Kmart, Big W, KFC, McDonalds, Sizzler & loads of speciality shops. One of the things I don't like in the centre road parking it's a real pain & slows the... More

I love shopping in the CBD, parking is pretty light on, need to walk two blocks but that's ok, unless you're lucky enough to get a close park. Best and Less, Rivers, major banks and lots of smaller stores, give the best opportunity to wander through the area.
