With the large number of shopping centres around the city, one would think the main street Bourbong street would be deserted. Wrong, it seems to have reinvented itself into smaller shops and coffee shops, banks and businesses. Bundy always looks good, lots of motels and a wider variety of eateries than I can remember. I found shops there for everyone, from budget to mid range. The staff in the shops I saw, were friendly and very helpful.

Each time we have been in Bundy, during the week, over the last few months it has really been buzzing. Just try getting a park in the main shopping area. Stacks of places to dine or have coffee and some great home decor shops to wander through. Check out Buss Park, while only small whoever looks after it does a... More

A beautifully tree lined pedestrian friendly area to while away some time, browsing the shops, having coffee or taking in a meal.

We were told that Bundaberg's CBD is one of the few thriving regional CBDs in Australia. It was super quiet when we visited...The city has to offer a few retail and service outlets and numerous restaurants and cafes, with a shopping complex. Stayed only for a night therefore did not have much time to explore the city.

Just a quick visit and was nice to reminisce down memory lane after 60 yrs worked here 23yrs ago. Nice cafes and historical buildings and centre point when visiting the coral islands and 1770.

as the main shopping centre there is a variety of stores and wide footpaths. for tourists there are a number of historical buildings to look at and the gardens are always well maintained

A great place to visit. People are friendly and it is relatively easy to get around. We had some time to visit the shops and there are plenty of these. CBD is close to the river and other attractions. we did however find that there appeared to be a shortage of souvenier outlets. Other than those at the major attractions,... More
