Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Small space honestly like a garage, the owner of the Rydges owns every single bike and impressive bike for sure! Good little souvenir to buy, patches, key ring and plates

I’m just a mild motorcycle enthusiast. Walked in and discovered it was more than a collection of pristine motorcycles, but a staff member (Craig) whose enthusiasm and knowledge was half the joy of my hour or so visit. The time in the retail section was enjoyable, with a good selection of things. I understand while the shop has 60 bikes, there’s 100 more in storage. So I’m assuming they’ll get cycled in a few at a time. Which will make for repeat visits, and hopefully Craig will be around. So, I highly recommend a visit.

Brilliant Museum. More about quality than quantity, but certainly worth a look.
Craig couldn’t have been more helpful explaining about the different bikes and making us feel welcome 🤗
If you like motorcycles and in Tamworth I would highly recommend taking an hour or two out of your day.

After noticing I had arrived in an electric car, the staff seems to take delight in talking negatively about the Livewire electric motorcycle and complaining about electric vehicles in general, in what felt like an attempt to get into an argument about it. What I had hoped would be a nice learning experience for my children turned into a very unpleasant and uncomfortable experience. I’m only bothering posting this because I found out about the place on this site.

We are extremely disappointed by your review & sincerely apologise if you felt our staff member offended you - this was never the intention. At The Powerhouse we are extremely supportive of electric vehicles & proudly offer guests two Tesla Charging stations for their vehicles. At the Museum we also feature a Harley Davidson Livewire, their first electric motorcycle, of which we are very proud to showcase. On behalf of the team, we're sorry the experience did not live up to your expectations & we appreciate the honest feedback.

I'm always in a rush so I was in and out in 45 minutes. I can imagine some people would spend a whole day in this place as it is full of awesome bikes. If I was a millionaire 3 times over then I would want a shed just like this place.

Definitely worth a visit. I’m not exactly a motor cycle buff but found it really interesting. Details accompanying each exhibit were really informative and the volunteer worker was also a mine of information. Sadly I didn’t get his name but we certainly had a good chat.

Awesome collection of new & classic bikes, Noel was friendly, dedicated & certainly knew his bikes. We got a personal tour with Noel sharing some interesting stories about the collection, brought back memories of my childhood.
There is a brand new electric Harley & the "Blood Orange" coloured Harley seen in the forefront of the picture deserves a closer look, souvenir shop is well stocked with shirts, memorabilia & patches to add to your jackets.

What a tremendous review about your recent time spent with our guide Noel, a true motorbike tragic, in the Museum. We are so pleased you were able to revisit some of your fond childhood memories when looking at the collection (trust us this does happen a lot!). Thank you for sharing your wonderful experience with other visitors to Tamworth - we appreciate it!
