Google says Rock Pool in Oxley Beach however the rock pool is still in plan for construction. There is no rock pool beach in oxley. Don't waste time going there. It's a rock beach and not possible to get to see the rock pool.

Located just south of Flagstaff lookout and north of Windmill Hill Reserve this is a pleasant less crowded beach in Port Macquarie. It has some intersting rock features and lawns and other facilities.
