Wow, what can I say but what a fabulous experience we had with iHop. We booked with iHop for our Work Christmas Party, and they didn't disappoint. Great service throughout the day.
From the moment we decided to book with iHop the experience was so easy to book and the staff very helpful when I had questions.
Tim was our driver for the day and was full of so much information about the area, gave great tips and ideas for our weekend.
I would 110% recommend iHop to anyone wanting to get around the Hunter in comfort and without stress.
We will definitely be using iHop again for our next trip to the Hunter.

The Tour Driver was punctual and very accomodating. She gave both me and by best mate the best experience by telling us all the best places to go to and try and even dropped us directly back to our accomodation. Couldn’t thank the driver enough would 100% recommend going with these guys if your going to Hunter Valley.

What a great service this is! Saved us around $200 pp for a full day around some great wineries, distilleries, breweries and cheese tasting options. Tim was friendly and gave some great recommendations throughout the day. Highly recommend!

This tour was amazing. Takes you to smaller vineyards that you normally wouldn’t visit. Tour guide was super helpful with food suggestions and also a great photographer ☺️

We met Kristie at Hop 2 and she immediately welcomed us and asked where we would like to visit. She was always on time and happy to accommodate all our needs. We were able to stay longer at stops and store our wine, cheese, chocolates etc safely on the bus. This is our second time with iHop and we will definitely be using them again in the future. We cannot recommend them highly enough. Thanks for a wonderful day in the Hunter.

We loved our tour with Ihop. The staff organising were friendly and helpful and our guide Graeme (who is NOT otherwise known as G spot) was really nice and helpful. These tours are pretty expensive but worth it as you don’t have to think about anything. Our group was lots of fun, the wines were great and it was just an all round great afternoon.
We really liked the wineries and distillery we went to, and the vegan cheese plate and vegan chocs were delicious- I didn’t feel I missed out at all not having dairy.
Graeme booked us a restaurant for that evening and dropped us there. He also looked after the bottles we bought.
Thanks IHOP, we’ll be back!

Our first time on this type of trip and we were super impressed by everything. From Christi’s attention to detail and making us feel so welcome to all of the hosts, quality of food and drink. It’s an excellent day out and one we can highly recommend to see the Hunter Valley at its best.

We had such a good time doing this. We found that it was such a great way to do our own thing and take our time where we wanted to whilst being able to see so many different places in 1 day. Graeme was a great host and was able to help us with our choices on where to go because there isn't enough time to see them all and our poor livers wouldn't cope. Would recommend to anyone looking to take a full day seeing a variety of places.

We had an awesome day on the ‘central Pokolbin’ route with Tim as our driver and guide. What a fantastic service!! We got to enjoy a bunch of wineries and the timetable of the ihop service works so well. Tim was also really knowledgeable and helpful to suggest some great options. He also took care of our purchases on each stop and had a cold esky on board for the choccies!! Tim - thanks for the best day. We wouldn’t tour the Hunter any other way from now on! ‘Team Bec’

Yes Hunter Valley Resort (Matilda Bay Brewhouse) is part of Hop 10 on the timetable. Estate Tuscany is directly across the road from the resort.

Hi, should I choose the Hunter Valley Hop-On Hop-Off Bus with Transfers from Cessnock or Pokolbin option if I want to be drop off at the Hunter Valley Visitor centre?

The complimentary Accommodation Transfers are for people that are joining our tour, but are not staying near one of our stops to board the bus. Pickups are before 10am and drop backs after 5pm (i.e before the service starts and after the service finishes). I hope this answers your question?

I heard about your facility, and was wondering if you pick up from Grand Mercure The Vintage? This is where we will be staying. We would pick you up prior to 10am and drop you back after 5pm. We can assist you in planning your day depending your tastes and preferences. Further to the enclosed feedback from one our our previous guests TGEES, there is approximately 20 Cellar Doors/Wineries on our timetable. Most of them do not have a tasting fee. There is around 4-5 that may charge a $5 tasting fee which is refundable on purchase (except for one that donates it to charity). Most of our customers will get to 1-2 cellar doors in the hour, but is all about the pace you want to go at! Hop 11 where the cheese and wine tasting is conducted (we also offer this on our cheese and wine lovers night tour) you can easily spend a couple of hours at this stop. You would likely need to allocate an hour just for the experience there. Hope this assists!

Do you have a list of which hotels you will do pickups from? Is it better to stay in Maitland or Singleton if coming by train from Sydney?

Hi Debbie, our accommodation transfer service is available around the Cessnock, Pokolbin and Lovedale area. There are many resorts/accommodation houses that have direct access to board at any of our stops. Singleton and Maitland are both a similar distance to where we operate, so may come down to where you choose to stay as to which station you hop off at. Hope the enclosed assists with your enquiry.

Hi, could you tell me how it works when you visit a winery. Do you pay for a wine tasting or are you able just to sample what they are offering free of charge with the hope you would buy something?
I visited Healdsburg in California a couple of years ago and mostly you paid a nominal amount for a selection to try, is that the same case here?

There is approximately 20 Cellar Doors/Wineries on our timetable. Most of them do not have a tasting fee. There is around 4-5 that have a $5 tasting fee which is refundable on purchase except for one that donates it to charity.

hello what is the easiest for us to get to hunter valley from Sydney then use your ihop day service? Is there any sort of shuttle/public bus connecting maitland station to hunter valley visitor centre?

Hi safircraze. Thank you for your enquiry.
The easiest way is to plan your travels using public transport is to visit the Transport NSW information website.
You would need to go to Cessnock and we can do transfers ($15pp return) from there. Please be aware that transfers occur prior to 10am and returns are after 5pm.

Celeste M has answered correctly. We can do accommodation transfers for $15pp (return). Transfers take place outside of the iHop service, i.e before 10am and after 5pm.
