Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Such a great vibe, excellent tastings (bought 4 bottles from the range) our host was relatable, he picked up on our vibe and we enjoyed some fun bantering and humour amongst the tastings. He also recommended wines we wouldn’t usually taste and found we ended up buying those wines as they were delicious to drink.

Excellent wine, great atmosphere. Definitely ask for Alex (sometimes known as Tim) for a great experience but also on point knowledge.

We had an amazing afternoon with Steve on the recommendation of Brian S, a local wine producer. Steve's technical knowledge and the detailed explanations of each of the wines, the vintage history and the techniques were extremely interesting and the wines were all fantastic. Some of them changed our ideas on what we liked, particularly the chardonnay.
Deserves every success.

Despite the lovely landscaping our visit was more than disappointing. The male at the cellar door needs some training in customer service. We arrived as a party of 6 and he appeared displeased that we didn’t have a booking ( Monday morning with only 2 other people wine tasting). As the only non drinker in our group, I asked if they had any zero alcohol in their range, his response was very condescending and belittling. His demeanor during the wine tasting was one of disinterest, and as also noticed eye rolling when asked a question. My husband bought 3 bottles of wine ( a $120 purchase) and on paying, 2 bags were slapped on the counter and he was told to bag his own wine. Certainly, this was a very unsatisfactory experience and solely due to the frontman at the cellar door. Our friends had previously visited this winery in the past and loved it, but they all agreed that they would not bother going next time they were in the Hunter Valley.

On a torrential weather day, it was a heartwarming visit! Staff are passionate and friendly, and the wines are unique. Loved the tasting, and piggy puns for the names of their wines.

We had so much fun having a wine tasting with Steve E. Do yourself a favour and head in to experience the atmosphere of a beautiful cellar door with amazing staff and fun wines... Such a great experience. We will definitely be heading back ❤️🍷

Fantastic visit. Loved that all their wines have "pig related" names. Emily took us though several wines explaining where the grapes are sourced from and the tastes we could expect. We were lucky enough to meet Steve (head wine maker) and his old dog, and he took my wife and I out the back and gave us a sample of their lovely cab. sav direct from the vat, and then showed us where and how he makes his champagne and explained the process. We certainly appreciated him taking the time to do this. A great morning, and certainly worth a visit and a taste of their excellent wines.

I just spoke with Steve the winemaker and they’ve had a few delays and the restaurant opens in August now. I can recommend either Muse Kitchen @ Keith Tulloch winery close by, or Botannica also close by.

The antique shop you’re thinking of is at Peppers Creek. That’s on Broke Road just before Tyrrells Vineyard
I was wondering what the price of a bottle of 2011 piggs peak sharaz is please
