We did the wine tour and a wine tasting. Been to wineries all over and done tours but this was the best tour I’ve ever experienced. Staff were so helpful and passionate. Most informative tour I’ve ever been on.

Wine tasting was very nice, could tell how much attention and care they put into each bottle.

We had the pleasure of experiencing a tasting lead by Tierney today. The selection of wine was delicious, her service exceptional and the scenery beautiful.

Tierney was the perfect blend of personable, knowledgeable and humorous and without doubt offered the best service and tasting we’ve had after 12 months living in the Hunter Valley.

After visiting today, we couldn’t recommend Keith Tulloch more highly. Well worth a stop if you’re visiting the magestic Hunter Valley vineyards.

5 stars!!

MUST VISIT WINERY

This is my 3rd time in the hunter valley and this is by far the best tasting experience I have come across, me and my dad stopped by before heading back to Sydney and we are glad we did, the scenery is absolutely stunning, the wines are great and what topped it off was Christine “tinny” she sat down with us for most of the tasting and it wasn’t just her wine knowledge that was great, it was her personality, highly recommend.

Looks like I'm not the only one complaining of poor customer service. Very disappointed with our experience at Keith Tulloch. Earlier this week my husband and I arrived at the cellar door late in the afternoon, but still before closing time and were completely ignored by the staff member. We waited and waited, had to ask for the tasting list and then she continued to pour and chat w the other customer (1 single male, and 1 couple) so it certainly wasn't a busy time at that hour.
We waited some more and then got up and left. We've never been ignored like that at a vineyard, and definitely won't be returning. Lift your game Keith Tulloch and look after your customers. It is customers that keep you in business!

We had a very short time to visit but had a wonderful tasting experience given by a young lady who was extremely helpful. Tasting room is well laid out with lovely views of vineyards and surrounding hills. Great wines as well with Kester a highlight! Thanks again

My wife and I went to Keith Tulloch today and had the most enjoyable time. We were seated outside overlooking the vineyard and had an amazing experience being served by Lotus. Her knowledge of the wines was outstanding and she helped us appreciate the art of wine tasting. She took her time in explaining each wine and her suggestions for accompanying foods. If you are in the area I would highly recommend this vineyard.

A wonderful place to taste exceptional Hunter Valley Semillon and Shiraz. Sitting in a country home environment with views from the balcony and glassed interior serves to heighten the tasting experience. Simon gave us a very personal tasting tailored to our wine interests and also challenged us with a comparison of an older vintage or older producing vines. He seemed to take great joy in teaching us all he could about Keith Tulloch Wines.
This was not our first tasting at KTW. We have also enjoyed enthusiastic tastings with Alison and Cameron. We look forward to returning each time to see what the new vintage has to offer and revisit old friends.

The views from the balcony were beautiful. It was a lovely way to relax with wine and a cheese platter showcasing local produce. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly.

The cellar door setting is beautiful and we had great expectations as we sat down but this wasn’t our favourite experience in the Hunter. There was a charge for tasting which is not unusual these days but it wasn’t deducted against purchases and the tasting volumes were very small. The service was professional but not particularly warm and we didn’t feel exactly welcomed although the table next to us seemed to be having a better time. The wine was nice but not amazing and in summary we wouldn’t rush back given other options available.
