We arrived without a booking and our delightful host Jess went above and beyond. Not our usual styles of wine but we were pleasantly surprised by these all occasions, ready to drink wines. A lovely vineyard .

Wonderful and friendly service. Very welcoming and engaging. The semillon was so yummy we bought a bottle. Also the cost of the tasting goes towards a charity they support which is fantastic!

OakVale was by far the best stop on our wine tour. Fantastic wines, and really knowledgable staff member talked us through all the wines in great detail. We loved your wines

One of the best + most enjoyable wine testing we had during our stay vacation in the Hunter Valley. Great wines, welcoming and knowledgeable staff and lovely scenery.

Lovely setting to sit outside and taste 8 to 10 very nice wines. Our lovely lady host was wonderful, explained details of each wine, what it could be matched with., where the grapes sourced from etc.. Do yourself a favour and put this winery on your list when in the Hunter Valley.

Favourite winery to bring friends and family.
Beautiful setting amongst the vineyards so calm and quiet, perfect for a vineyard tour. Lovely to sit outside and taste their beautiful wines.
Our host was amazing, so knowledgeable and entertaining. The wines especially the Bellini and Chardony were delicious. So much so that many bottles were purchased for ourselves and for one of a kind Christmas presents. Great for those that are difficult to buy for.
Thoroughly recommend you put them on your winery tour you wont be dissapointed.

This modern looking winery has completely changed, since my last visit, some years. NEW OWNERS with a modem touch to the area meets the great scenery and atmosphere.
Our hostess Jess was amazing and fun, the knowledge this girl has is outstanding. So many stories and energy from Jess was impressive.
A great group tasting and we thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon.

Amazing experience shared with friends, Kristy was an amazing, fun and knowledgeable host-she has the best teeth too!! 😀 😁 The cheese platter is a must, definitely the place to go.

Loved the prosecco. Also some nice organic wines….bought the rose and the semillon. Nice ambience sat outside looking over countryside. Not impressed with the $25 cheese platter though. Hardly enough for one so plan on having lunch elsewhere because this wont hit the spot when you are drinking!
