At Sutton Estate, we host the Wine Escape Room, the HV Smash Room, Uncorked Axe Throwing and Bike Hire Wine Tours. We also have Accommodation onsite and the Hunter Valley Guide. We look forward to hosting your getaway in the Hunter Valley.

Visited the chocolate escape room with my family, great for kids (ours are 10 and 12) and parents. With the vary of different puzzles it is a great way to include in your day in the Hunter Valley. Staff were friendly and very helpful (you can get a clue if you get stuck). The decor looks fantastic; watch the Chocolate Factory movie before you go.

It was a fun experience - not too challenging or boring that the 4yo or the 40 yo got frustrated. Wouldn’t recommend for a group larger than 8 - it was a tight squeeze sometimes.

I absolutely can not recommend this place enough! With the biggest shout out to Phillippa. I work for a disability company and have supported a group in the smash room, chocolate escape room and axe throwing and it was the BEST fun by all. The detail in the escape room was phenomenal, the vibe and energy in both smash room and axe throwing is seriously infectious. Phillippa went above and beyond for our participants so THANK YOU!
We are so lucky to have such a one of a kind buisness in our vineyards and definitely a place that everyone should experience!

The team were so welcoming and friendly! Had some good laughs! Very fun atmosphere but at the same time all the guidelines for the safety processes were followed. Easy to book and easy to find! We will be back to have some more fun soon!

The Ace Wielding Stress Demolition Consultants are experts in fun. I had a blast throwing axes, even if I didn’t manage to cash in my husbands life insurance with a wayward throw. Lots of fun and highly recommended

If you are after something to do other than taste wine then head to Sutton Estate who offers a great day of activities. Two escape rooms, a smash room and bring out your inner Viking with axe throwing. All activities are great fun and well organised. Staff are extremely helpful and very friendly. Awesome day!

We did the chocolate escape room and the adults did the smash room and ace throwing. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming with great instruction. The escape room , whilst aimed at families, was still pretty challenging and lots of fun. Everyone loved the Smash Room, and those who couldn’t participate due to age enjoyed watching! Would thoroughly recommend the whole centre

This was a wonderful experience for a work group. We were made very welcome and everything was explained well. It was also lots of fun.
The only issue we had was a couple of people did not like all the protective gear we needed to put on for the smash rooms - but they really enjoyed watching everyone else take out their frustrations on the plates and bottles!
It was a great addition to a team day out.

Everything about this was excellent! The person hosting (I'm sorry I don't remeber her name) was enthusiastic and so welcoming. The escape room was very well planned with a range if different challenges. The setting was filled with authentic detail. Wine tasting half way through was lots of fun!! I recomend this t9 everyone.

Oh what fun the escape room is. Highly recommend and will be back for the chocolate escape room. There were lots of giggles and a few quite screams - hahahah
