It was very busy when we got there and even though we had a booking we waited a while to be seated and waited even longer before our tasting got underway. We had ordered a plate each to have with our wine tasting which was nice but small, they did provide us an extra one free of charge when we asked. Wines were ok but not one of our favourite cellar door visits.

Lovely host looking after us, no hard sell. We tried 6 wines and they were all excellent. We weren't going to buy any but ended up buying a mixed half dozen. Stylish cellar door on beautiful grounds.

First cellar door on a tour is always the most difficult. This cellar door was the exception, friendly, informative staff, great rapport and some very nice wines. Definitely one for the list to try and we'd definitely return when in Orange.

Our experience was phenomenal. Not only is the winery and setting beautiful, but the tasting room is wonderfully laid out with ample vineyard views. Our tasting guide, Roger, went above and beyond to make our experience special. His passion, knowledge and warm-hearted nature made this tasting unforgettable.

We did an hour wine tasting and our host was Roger. We were a group of 8. Roger was very entertaining with stories about the winery itself and the wine making process. We felt at times he talked for a little too long, but overall the experience was fun. The wines were fabulous and we all bought a few bottles.

‘Nick on a Sunday’ was an absolute winner for the beginning of our 4 nights in Orange! Informative and entertaining, great wines and platter. What a treat! Joined up to enjoy some more later and this will become our first stop always!

Koomooloo Wine tasting. We booked our wine tasting last minute. We were welcomed warmly on arrival and told we could have our dogs with us inside. This was the first different experience. Most wineries will welcome the dogs but you must sit outside. The staff were friendly and very knowledgeable of the wine and history of Philip Shaw. We tasted 8 wines all really beautiful examples of the wine makers craft. The prices were all very reasonable compared to some wineries in the area. We would recommend for all wine lovers to go and sample Philip Shaw wines.

Our tasting was brilliant, we loved getting to select which wines we wanted to try and those we selected were delightful, as was the accompanying cheese plate. Steve was a great wine-guide and did an excellent job of guiding us through the tasting, even on his first day doing tastings!!!

Well worth a visit. A beautiful winery inside and out. Tasting so very well organised and very good quality wines. Cheese platters also available. Beautiful grounds to have a wander around. It was most enjoyable.

We had a fantastic time at Philip Shaw Wines. The tasting experience was awesome and we would highly recommend the cheese platter. Our host Jordan was delightful and overall we had the best time here on our girls trip.
