Swinging Bridge is a winery based around family, striving to produce wines of excellence that exhibit the unique provenance of the Orange region.
From the estate’s position on the slopes surrounding Mount Canobolas (Gaahna Bulla), winemaker Tom Ward’s craft reflects his enduring passion for high altitude winemaking, with a focus on the region’s quintessential varieties: Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
Embracing innovation while grounded in heritage, Swinging Bridge’s wines are at the forefront of the Orange region’s development into a new frontier of celebrated cool-climate winemaking.

I would not waste my time putting the foot on the brake. Some of the worst wine ever tasted. We paid $15.00 each for tasting. Asked was it redeemable if we purchased wine. No! Its to cover admin costs! Tasting was 6 tastings. First time ever have tipped all six into spittoon. An absolute S%$T experience. We walked out. By the way two other wine experiences during the day we purchased over $700 of wine. That says it all. The wine is, sorry I wont sat what I really think.

Always love coming here - the views from the cellar door are dreamy, the staff are wonderful and the wine is just...stunning. We came here to enjoy the Savour experience - matched wine tastings to tasty little morsels. All of the wines are so well made, can't really pick a favourite. If you come to Orange you must visit - it is such a pretty cellar door.

We did the indulge package which included a winery tour, degustation lunch with wine pairing. The food was absolutely amazing and the wine pairings were spot on! Shout out to Will who was so friendly and helpful and really knew his stuff. Such a lovley way to spend a lunchtime! A must do in Orange!

Be sure to book inside for wine tasting.
We booked a tasting weeks ago for two people and were placed outside in a tent and froze in 5 degrees- or else bring your granny blanket! Not a pleasant experience.

Our favourite of all the vineyards we visited. The staff were fantastic and the vista superb. We bought too many bottles :-) Lots of space for the kids to play on the sprawling lawn in front of the tasting area.

Sensational venue for a tasting. Fantastic service - Reece was a fountain of knowledgeable information about the wine, the grapes and the areas from which they were sourced! Terrific range of quality wines. Plenty of space for little ones to run around in and explore!

Booked for the afternoon for a premium tasting with cheese board - and didn't disappoint. Very full for the long weekend, and arrived early, but wasn't an issue for the team. Sat out in the tent next to the fire and went through a great range of wines. Very knowledgeable staff were able to take us through the tasting and other great information. Staff were very well presented, definitely knew their wines and area and were great to talk with. Some cracking wines!

we went as a family of 5 today for a wine tasting experience -including a baby!
the service that we received from the young lady looking after our group was outstanding- she was welcoming, pleasant, knowledgeable, and really polite
the wines were tasty and very well priced
the outlook for our tasting was outstanding
there is plenty of parking and really modern facilities
we were given lots of advice on other key points of interest in the surrounding area which was really helpful
highly recommend going!
