I didn't see the animals that I expected to see. My husband saw some. It is a good example of mangrove.

Great places to eat and let the kids have a play. Looks out over the wharf area. Plenty of parking and children's play area.

This is a very popular place at weekends and summer months. There are coin operated BBQ"s and is under cover also, plenty of open space etc.

The mangrove walkway is all enveloping, there you are just a few feet above the mud and sludge of the mangrove swamp, right in the middle of Newcastle's industrial heartland, but to all intents and purposes, you could be transported back thousands of years. This...More
