I recently purchased 2 tickets to Adrenaline skydive through Groupon. the visit was canceled due to weather conditions which is fine. However the company refuses to issue a refund. i booked train tickets on the only train that goes to Goulburn on a Sunday at $56 per person and that only gets me to the station. i also had to take time off work to go as they only operate on the weekends. i would just like my money back it is to much Hassel

Response from Lyn H, Manager at Adrenalin Skydive

Hi Roy, we are sorry that your skydive did not go ahead on the day that you planned due to the bad weather. Skydiving is a weather dependent sport and it is only for safety reasons that we would cancel your skydive. You are welcome to rebook at any time and this was conveyed to you at that time. We also offered to extend your voucher past its expiry date and or transfer it to someone else to use. Unfortunately we are not able to control the weather.

I go here regularly for fun jumps. There are a lot of awesome coaches and jumpers here that help learning skydivers get going. Also great for people that want to just do a tandem.

My son Nate 11yrs old has always wanted to know what it was like to skydive like his dad ever since he was 5. So for his birthday I decided it was time he found out why the birds sing all day everyday. It was quite an easy process, which required filling in a waiver for an under 12yr old to have his moment to jump from Australia's largest skydiving aircraft from 14000ft above the wonderful planet we live on. The conditions were superb for such an occasion, and all at the dropzone, which is located at the airport only 5mins from Goulburn,, were pumped and eager for the magical jump to happen. Starting with the ever so friendly and smooth manifesting onto a flight, with no waiting. He proceeded to receive easy to understand expert instruction by the friendly and jovial tandem master Tony Kaine, on what was about to follow and required of him for the jump. After donning on the safety harness, he was proceeded to the largest aircraft in Australia for what turned out to be the best day of our lives. I myself being a skydiver was able to share very closely his experience also. The jump went without a hitch and my son could not stop smiling through the whole flight in plane and in air... With awesome video footage taken, which is a keepsake worth every penny, has been viewed literally hundreds of times by family and friends in awe and amazement. As soon as he arrived safely to the ground he proceeded to ask me for a favour which was to allow him to go again. We could not recommend this highly enough and hope that everyone is able to have such wonderful memories as this to share with their family and friends as we have.. Adrenalin Skydive Goulburn you rock. We will be back again and again without a doubt.. Nate highly recommends this to everyone and experience the feeling of flight atleast once and defininately at Adrenalin Skydive Goulburn...

My mate and I came excited and pumped for the dive of our life but ended up in the waiting game as many other people reported already. Arrival time: 9:30am Departure: 4:30pm Flight & Jump: 30mins Total time wasted waiting: 6.5 hours When we arrived we were told we gonna jump in 45 mins but after 4 hours wait it still wasn't our turn. After 4,5 hours we finally headed our way. It takes approx. 20min to get to 15000ft with the aircraft before its your turn to jump. It's 50sec free fall and around 4 mins before you land. After that we had to wait another 1.5 hours to get our video edited. They don't seem to have enough instructors and focus mainly on the solo skydivers. We didn't get any kind of compensation at least a coffee or something to cheer us up after we spend the whole day there f'ing WAITING AND WAITING and more WAITING. At least make sure you have some refreshment for people waiting and some entertainment just something. C'mon guys this can't be too hard. Total costs: Jump $180 Membership fee: $37 Insurance: $30 GoPro video: wrist only $135 + a 2% surcharge on card payment(of course as you won't have a few hundreds in cash with u) My tandem instructor was a seasoned jumper and I felt relatively safe but since he has been doing this for many years it felt too much of a routine. Overall a pretty average experience not sure if I would do it again but for sure not with Adrenaline Skydive, disappointing.

Had such an amazing day at Adrenalin Skydive. Bought a tandem skydive for my partner and I for his Christmas present. We went on a Sunday and he had Kenton as his partner and I had Luke. It was so cloudy and we thought we couldn't go up but there was a few gaps of blue sky so we went up and jumped. My partner and I were sooooo nervous (his first time and my second) but Kenton and Luke made the whole experience so amazing and feel super super safe. They made sure we had a really fun time!! Couldn't recommend it more, we had the absolute best time and for sure we will be back. So true when everyone says it's an experience of a lifetime, not really any words to describe jumping from a plane and the speed you fall at!! Thanks so much to every one at Adrenalin Skydive even the lovely lovely woman at the front desk she was super friendly.
