We went and visited the Big Merino on our recent visit to Goulburn. There is a very expensive gift shop which may suit some. The actual sheep is a display centred on the sheep and wool industry of the district. You can walk up several...More

Polite and courteous staff @ the souvenir shop. View is situated near the round about. Good access and stairs to go inside the merino.

A well known landmark ... in the area this merino sheep is a “must see” visit on any trip through Goulburn, NSW. Iconic & often “dressed” up with a sign or-upcoming event announcement this is a fun thing to visit & it’s free to see.

Enjoyed the walk to the top and the view from the eyes. Great gift shop but a bit expensive. A great attraction for the district and located for the through traffic.

Very impressive monument with a great gift shop next door. Very hot inside and a view of bunnings through the eye of the merino, instead of pastures, lol. A must to do if you are passing by or through Goulburn.
