My wife and I visited the Julie Hart Gallery.
We were met by Julie who was very friendly and happy to have a chat about her famous Dad Pro Hart and her childhood painting with him.
In an industry where artists have often made me feel like a nuisance, Julie was warm, friendly and very humble when she spoke of her Dad.
Well worth a visit.

What a beautiful artist, Julie was at the Gallery when we were there and it would be very hard not to leave without buying at least one of her paintings or prints, there are hand made earrings,necklaces etc on sale.

He was one of the great artist of Australia - a little crazy, but I guess that is a prerequisite!

Wanted to visit this gallery whilst in Broken Hill only to find it's closed Monday and Tuesday. Very disappointing especially during peak tourist season. Broken Hill is full of tourists and I'm sure I'm not the only person who was disappointed.

Julie is Pro Hart's daughter and carries on his style of art for which he was famous. A wide range of paintings and prints is available at reasonable prices.

Do yourself a favour and visit this artist who follows in her fathers footstep and has the ability to be very much like her father. Julie if she is there is very approachable

If you love Pro Hart's work you simply MUST visit his daughter's gallery. Julie was quite obviously influenced by her dad and her art is exquisite - to own a piece would be heaven.

We loved visiting Julie's gallery where we met Julie and she told us of her painting with her late father Pro Hart. Julie is now a talented artist in her own right but has learned from Pro and painted beautiful painting in her own style but you can also so Pro's influence. We bought one print which we are enjoying in our home but hope to buy more next visit. If you visited and enjoyed Pro Hart's gallery, make time to visit Julie's too.
