I have been visiting Birdland regularly for 13 years. During all that time I have loved every minute there and am always deeply impressed by the the obvious care given to all the creatures. David and his team put the needs of the animals above...More

It is difficult to review this attraction as it depends on whether one sees it as a refuge or a tourist attraction. . As a refuge for animals, it is very good indeed, and it was pleasant to see how well they are cared for....More

Wasn't sure what to expect when we walked into the Park. However, we enjoyed searching for the animals amoungst the bushes and trees, taking to the birds but most of all loved the animal talks and the opportunity to be up close and personal. It is...More

We came to this place during the winter school holidays so there weren't many people there. It is clear the park caters well for the birds and animals it care for, but it does look dated. The children enjoyed the train ride. A good mornings...More

Animals are well fed but the place is in disrepair. Sad to see. Expensive for $26. The train broken which was very disappointing. We went here 6 years ago and it's run down from then. The Koala handler was very friendly and informative. Please spend...More

At first it seemed questionable, not as "polished" as other animal parks - more rugged; but it is a wonderful place. My parents, sister and I had a wonderful time here. The staff really love these animals. Being able to go into the kangaroo area...More

A small animal park with limited variety of animals, lots of birds as the name suggests, native animals and a gift shop. Pleasant enough surroundings could do with a bit more TLC. Slightly overpriced for what you get but good hands on animal talk.
