Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

It was lovely to see the little kids eyes light up by watching the make believe snow coming from the roof and trying to catch it. I sat for 1/2 hour and it was beautiful to see.

the shopping centre is open aired and when it rains the tiles are so slippery and dangerous.
there are a lot of closed shops and mainly only the large supermarkets and Kmart.
There is nothing inviting about it and it is hard to get into the centre from the front.
the toilets are at either end of the centre making it difficult with elderly people and children.

Both villiage centre and bridge plaza Apparently owned by Council Staff Superannuation fund and the center has been a failure since built. Virtualy an outdoor shopping centre open to elements, cold, windy and wet walkways when raining. A large number of vacant shops and high turnover of businesses. Little choice of products.

A shopping mall in a surf city, this the biggest local shopping mall. If you need last-minute beach supplies, this is the place to go.
