Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Great place for a relaxing walk amongst the river gums or a picnic by the river. There is also a cafe and about 6 free Barbeques to choose from. Unfortunately all 6 were not working and the Council had no signs up, so we spent half an hour wandering around trying to find 1 that worked before giving up, so check with Council before you go.

The park is very clean and beautiful. A nice way to spend some time relaxing. The recent updates are great with better car parking, nice bbq areas and making it a nice place for everyone young or old.
Definitely worth stopping by to enjoy the beautiful Murray River.

The park sits right on the Murray river. It's a beautiful place to relax, have a picnic or whatever you feel like doing. It is very well maintained and has toilet facilities and a great playground for children.
A lovely place to stop if you are in Albury.

Beautiful shady trees and great picnic facilities (BBQs, Tables, Bins) to ensure a wonderful stay. Large enough to not feel cramped and great areas for young children to play both in the river and outside in the playground.

Although in the middle of town, you can get lost here for a while amongst the gum trees by the banks of the Murray River. It's peaceful and very easy on the eye. Lots of shade on a warm, sunny day, and if it's quiet there is plenty of wildlife enjoying the features as well.
There are signs nearby giving you some of the detailed history of this part of the river which gives great context (eg. where stockmen used to cross prior to any bridges), although these signs are badly in need of an update as they have become rather hard to read. From here you can walk further along, either way, to take in more of the riverside beauty.

We chose this spot specifically to have a swim in the River, as we were travelling through Albury. It was so perfect for our family of 1 teenager and 1 young child. The river was high for this time of year, but still the riverbed platforms were accessible and easy to stand on for young children. We were able to get in the river upstream and float/swim down to another spot and easily get out up one of the stair ramps. Wonderful shady areas, park benches/table, restaurant/cafe onsite, playground, lots of space and parking, as well as walking and cycling tracks. Great for dogs too. We loved it here.

I have been visiting Noreuil Park as a local all my life. It is a great place to have a walk & enjoy the serenity of the Murray River. The recently finished Riverdeck Cafe is a popular place where locals can get coffee or a meal. There is a small playground for children & BBQ's available. The Murray River is an excellent place to cool off on hot summer days but the strong currents can be very dangerous for people who are not strong swimmers or do not know how to handle the river. The Aquatice centre close by, is a better option for those people.

Ideal for a peaceful walk along the river, or for jogging or cycling. Excellent playgrounds for children along the way. Well maintained by the Council.

Swimming in the river is pleasant and many trees and shade to relax. There is coffee shop on river and great kids playground further back but council could do a lot more with facilities around river. Nice as it is but could be better by far.
