Rude rock among many other great MTB tracks in and around the Coronet Peak. Just get the bike taxi up from town great fun. But try when its not too windy

Kia ora Annette You are so right, the views are amazing and its such a short and easy drive up our sealed access road. Hope you took a souvenir photo sitting on our chairlift seat overlooking the valley below. More

I was learning to snowboard up Coronet last year. The views are amazing and the slopes where a great place to learn. Not to many corners on the easy slopes so made it so much easier and better to learn.

I spent a whole season in QT last year and frequently went to Coronet Peak for snowboarding. Everyone of course compares whether The Remarks is better(which I think it is). However, Coronet Peak is closer to town and of course has night skiing. Probably my favourite thing about it. There is also an amazing view of all the surrounding mountains... More

Absolutely beautiful views of Queenstown. Definitely worth the drive. We did this on the way to Arrowtown.

Worth the drive up to the peak, it was February so everything was closed as it is only a ski resort but the views are outstanding.

Coronet is a beautiful mountain to ski on, although the pistes are not that extensive compared to Europe.

We had the opportunity to walk to the top and admire the fantastic views , going up using the established bike trials was very easy and well worth the fantastic views available. Very peaceful, mid summer, as the place is deserted!
