We almost didn't do this gem as we were running out of days in Queenstown...what a shame that would have been. Highlights start with the stairs down that make the kids clothes glow...photo opp for insta kids! The educational movie was awesome. We all came away with some new found knowledge of the Lake and Queenstown. The end of the adventure was the underwater viewing of the lake creatures which featured trout and some cheeky diving ducks. So much fun packed into a small activity. This is definitely on my list for kids activities in Queenstown.…

This was a great surprise and it’s very well done. It’s probably the best place Queenstown to learn about the lake and it’s history. The time travel concept is brilliantly done and our 7 year old loved it so much he went twice while we were in Queenstown. A great rainy day activity for kids of all ages. Highly recommended. Plus you get to see fish, eels and ducks diving in the lake. …

We thought this experience was world class. You can see the fish under the water and ducks that dive down to feed. Then the video presentation starts, which is world class. Well worth $10. Good to have some options for those not interested in adventure tourism.
