Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We used the double decker for wedding transport to our venue so cannot comment on actual tour - however really wanted to compliment the staff and company on the great service. The lovely man who was driving was really sweet and friendly and more than happy to park the bus where we wanted for photos. The guests all loved the opportunity to ride on a genuine old London bus. Found Nyall who I spoke to several when organising always friendly and helpful

Starting in Queenstown, then going to Lake Hayes, Bungee Bridge, Gibbston Winery and Arrowtown. If you looking for a tour of the Queenstown area that has a slow pace and you go to some interesting places, then this is a great tour. Our guide David was very friendly and knew lots of history about the Queenstown area. The bus was a bit run down, and I think it deserves a renovation.

It was a nice double decker queenstown tour on an original english 1963 double-decker bus. The tour included the first buggy jump site, winery and cheesery, lake hayes and arrowtown. The tour guide was extremely friendly, helpful and insightful. It is worth the $48 spent and half a day well spent.

Well! I have now see the web site for this tour, and what a difference! On the web site we see a pristine bus, newly painted and with the name on the side.
When we went on the tour, we were on an extremely dirty bus, with parts of the panelling missing, and generally run down. I certainly dont remember any signage on it at all.
Having moaned about the bus itself, I have to say that the tour itself was extremely good: a genial host too. The places visited were fascinating, especially Arrowtown.
So thank you, Mr Driver/Courier - but please, please, do something about the state of the bus! That really did let the side down!

We did the open air double decker bus trip around Christchurch. Our guide was very informative. It is amazing to see how Christchurch is being rebuilt after the earthquake. The memorial to the people who lost their lives in this disaster was very emotional. Well worth the tour.

Another great experience brought back some childhood memories from a long time ago. The tour was quite breathtaking and some very useful commentaries. The stop at hilltop for a coffee and snack was nice with some very pleasant views. Do it again YES just a bit far at present.
