Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The problem with this place that it has no bathrooms. The local tour guide bus must take and make the wee wee and poo poo in the bush. This is savage behavior and savage people. Why no bathroom? It was better when border was closed at least, the tourist can bathroom in MIQ quarantine city.

Just north of the CBD is the stunningly beautiful buildings of the university. Nestled beside a lovely flowing creek, this wonderful building is so quintessential of Dunedin and its Scottish heritage. Walk around both sides of the building as it is very nice all around.

After visiting Dunedin time and time again over the years, for the first time ever I wandered through the University campus. If you are visiting the city I highly recommended doing so. Evokes a historic European uni or Ivy League college!

We could only see some of the buildings from the outside but the clock tower building is very impressive. A 19th century building in gothic style with bluestone and perfect pointing of the joints. Similar to the railway station and several churches in Dunedin. Maintaining their Scottish heritage.

We visted the University of Otago in summer, so there were no students. It is a picturesque campus, said to be the NZ equivilent of Oxford. It it the oldest University in NZ. Otago has an active student culture. It is ratred acadxemically as one of News Zealand's top universities. THe Water of Leith flows thrrough the cxampus.

We were on a hop on hop off tour and walk around the campus. It has new and old buildings, quite the contrast. A pleasant place to be.

Lovely grounds and buildings to walk around and enjoy the uni feel. A GREAT place to get a coffee and a donut at the Hussey & Laredo coffee caravan.

A very quiet and pretty place to visit when school was out. Not much open, but very pretty grounds with some very beautiful buildings.

What a beautiful campus this is. I was here for a conference and enjoyed all it had to offer. Lots of focus on sustainability (no single use coffee cups etc) in the areas we were which was great to see. Loved looking at all the architecture.
