This beach is 25 kilometers North of Dunedin. It has a very safe beach, and also the Waikouaiti river runs through the village. It has a domain that can be used for picnics. Safe for supervised children.of all ages. Scenery to die for.

Take the scenic route into Dunedin from Karitane & experience a stunning vista northwards over the beach. Great place to stop for a rest or a picnic.
