From Godley Heads through to Gebbies Pass, there are so many lovely wee spots, parks, cafes, walks. The Godley Heads loop track is a good stiff walk and marvellous vistas.

Beautiful area, with different view depending on what side you look. The tracks are undulating once you get up the hills, but there are roads up making it easier.

There are some lovely walks of different lengths around the Port Hills. Good information on websites to pick one. Some paths can get a bit muddy after rain and some are more accessible than others - the ratings given are good.

People drive and cycle up here. The views are fantastic. There are plenty of trails for mountain bikes and some separate trails for walkers. Nonetheless keep an ear & eye open for mountain bikers as they do sometimes whizz along. If you get there early...More
